Drainastim Problem
I have used the Drainastim a several times. I have it on setting '50' twice a day for half an hour and I have been left with a burning sensation on the top of my feet. Perhaps you could advise.
Also, I have messaged you regarding the remote control not working; we have tried a new battery. You kindly offered to send a replacement remote control which I have yet to receive.
You did ask for my email address but I am currently using my husband's.

Hello ,
The Drainastim device uses electrical muscle stimulation to contract and relax your muscles, which can improve blood flow to the legs and feet.
Remember that the numbers below SOLE determine the intensity. You have to increase your level if you want more intensity for a better feeling.
To use Sole mode for example, you must press the "Auto" button, the machine starts to work. The "Auto" mode is a mix of different programs for ease of use. Press the "SOLE / BODY" button to select "SOLE" (for footrest use). Once "SOLE" is selected, it will flash and you will be able to adjust the intensity. Intensity is represented by the number below "SOLE". You can adjust the intensity of electrical muscle stimulation from 1 to 99 (1 being the smallest and 99 the strongest). To adjust the intensity when "SOLE" is selected (so it flashes) press "+" or "-" directly on the device or on your remote marked "speed".
You can also moisten your feet a bit with a gel, in order to facilitate the contact between the platform and your feet.

As I have only used it a couple of times it wouldn't be fair to say that it is good or bad until I have had the apparatus a little longer.
But so far there are no results to report good or bad, when I get to the required setting for me I will be glad to give another feedback.

Before starting the experience, you have 2 main functions on the Drainastim Pro.
1. The "SOLE" function for use of the footrest (legs/ankle/feet) and the "BODY" function for use of the TENS Electrodes.
Press the "Auto" button and the machine starts working. Auto mode is a mix of different programs for ease of use.
Press the "SOLE/BODY" button to select "SOLE" (for use of the footrest). To increase the intensity, press the "SOLE/BODY" button to select "SOLE" (footrest).
Once "SOLE" is selected, it will flash and you can adjust the intensity. The intensity is represented by the number below SOLE.
You can set the muscle electrostimulation intensity from 1 to 99 (1 being the weakest and 99 the strongest).
To adjust the intensity when "SOLE" is selected (when it flashes) press "+" or "-" on the device itself or on your remote control under the heading "speed".
2. Press "Mode" to enter manual mode, and the display screen changes from "Auto" to 01", where "01" is the program number.
Once "01" is selected (it flashes), press "+" or "-" on the device or on the remote control under the heading "Mode" to choose your programs (there are 25 in total - Refer to the stimulation programs at the end of your user manual for details).
To increase the intensity, press the "SOLE/BODY" button to select "SOLE" (footrest). Once "SOLE" is selected, it will flash and you can adjust the intensity. The intensity is represented by the number below SOLE.
You can set the muscle stimulation intensity from 1 to 99 (1 being the weakest and 99 the strongest).
To adjust the intensity when "SOLE" is selected (when it flashes) press "+" or "-" on the device itself or on your remote control under the heading "speed".
3. If you feel pain or discomfort:
• Remove one or both feet from the footrests to interrupt the stimulation
• Reduce the intensity of muscle stimulation by using the footrest intensity adjustment button (+/- button on the control panel) or from the remote control, before replacing your feet on the Drainastim Pro
• Press the "SOLE/BODY" button to select "SOLE" (footrests) or "BODY" (TENS Electrodes), and press "+" or "-" to adjust the muscle stimulation levels when "SOLE" or " BODY" flashes on the control panel display Drainastim Pro does not vibrate.

Works just fine, does what it says it will, very light easy to lift and store even put in a drawer a small bag might be useful to store the wires in and carry them as well.
