used for 2 weeks now but as yet not felt any benefit. hope things will improve after more usage

I am very happy with my Drainastim, finding a big difference in my legs
already from only using twice a day for a week of receiving it.
The night cramps that I have in my legs seem to be easing I would certainly recommend this product,delivery excellent.

Not great still got flys also I had to buy an adapter I did tick UK not international plug

I have not yet received the goods but I understand they are on the way
now that I have paid the totally unexpected customs duties.
My view here is that this problem was likely to arise when on reading the
small print on the terms and conditions I find that this product is not normallydistributed in the UK but only to a limited number of EU countries. The web address was .co.uk giving the impression that this was a UK company. In such cases it should be pointed out on the web site.

Unfortunately I have had to return the item as the instructions advise me that if you have a pace maker you must not use the foot machine sorry but on your sales advert it didn’t explain this fact

It's a great machine and works wonders for my aching feet and ankles as well as my wife's aches and pains. We bought after trying out a friend's machine after they were raving about how good it is. It would of been a five star review BUT I'm afraid although the website is a .co.uk website it is actually sent from France do be very aware as I'm sure by now Drainastim are that you will get charged an extra £48.25 for customs and excise fee's and import VAT......the communication from Drainastim was non existent despite them saying they'd send an email to inform that it had been despatched. Saying that a week after ordering and having heard nothing I did email and they were very prompt with a reply and tracking number, it was not actually directly their fault delivery took 10 days due to being held up in customs but it would of been nice to of been made aware of the possibility before ordering....that said I'd still of ordered even if I'd known about the extra fees due for customs as I knew how good the pain relief from it is.
So in summary, great machine well worth the money just a little let down by the company. If you're happy with the added charges due to Brexit....the gift that keeps on giving the. I'd say go ahead and order!!
Oh and I forgot to say after reading some of the other reviews who say they can't feel much ....it's VERY important to either use the gel they sell or as we do just use a moisturizer on the bottom of your feet....it makes a huge difference ;-)

I have been using now for over a year twenty minutes a day the difference now to my legs and knees is unbelievable I can't praise this product enough and would recommend it to anyone five stars easily

I was a bit confused with the controls had it a bit higher than needed pulses felt like electric shocks but now getting the hang of it much better. I think it could be very useful in the future.

Very pleased with this only had it a week been using it every day to soon to comment how it effects my ankles and feet

Having read the manual I was ready to set up the Drainastim.
The for problem came from the legs, they collapse as soon as I put my feet on the plate. I checked three times but as the legs were not as in the photos I knew I hadn't done as anything wrong.
Secondly the remote control will not work. Obviously the remote supplied is different from that described in the manual but no matter what I did there was no reaction from the main plate.
Thirdly, I just can't feel much when the machine is on. The sensation, to me, is minimal do I don't think it will work for me.

I haven't had it long cant comment on it all but its working ok and received it quickly

Excellent. After only using it twice, i could feel the difference in my legs. No more tired, aching legs. Listening to Pink Floyd the same time is very relaxing.

Stuck at customs till I pay an extra £40 which I will not pay company no help whatsoever all correspondence initiated by me asked to cancel order but item must be returned before that have cancelled further payments DO NOT BUY unless you want to pay import duty

Yes it's fine not add it long but . Good servis . And the machine dose as it says verry good

Seems to be working. Have only used it 4 times but beginning to see a difference already.
