Drain Doctor are superb. Very friendly and efficient booking service, local, knowledgeable and well equipped staff. Dealt with a serious blockage problem that had been building up for years. Highly recommend.

Rhys was excellent. He arrived promptly, assessed the job quickly, explained what was needed and how he would tackle it. He quoted a competitive price that I accepted and he was able to start immediately. He completed in good time, tidied up afterwards and took photos of the drains. We will certainly use Drain Doctor again.

I placed the booking with Caroline, very friendly and helpful. Received a phone call the day before the appointment, and a further one on the morning of the appointment to give me an ETA. Guys that came out was very patient and keen to help. Would definitely use again without a shadow of doubt.

Kitchen drain was overflowing when I did a load of washing in the machine, or even when I put a small amount of water down the sink. Job was done cleanly, speedily and efficiently and drain is now cleared and working as it should be. Thanks for your excellent workmanship.

Rang this company at 10:15 and by 12:45 they had been and fixed the issue, the technician Dave Thomas was polite, listened to my explanation of the problem, checked, agreed and promptly fixed it, very thorough service, bit pricey but the service was worth it.
Would recommend in future.

Very quick response (reported at about 9:30 and fixed by 11:30). Operator was courteous and efficient; he explained what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it.

Very bad experience overall. We had a blocked outside drain and called Drain Doctor. The engineer came round quickly, did a swift flush which seemed to resolve the problem. £282 and the engineer was at our home for less than 30 mins. When the same problem returned a week later, we contacted Drain Doctor again. The engineer was not willing to investigate further or able to help in any way. He said he could not investigate the blockage as he was worried about breaking his equipment! We subsequently got a small local company to come and investigate and they were able to investigate and fix the problem. It seems Drain Doctor are just after quick, easy jobs that they can charge a sizeable amount for but have no real expertise! Would definitely not recommend or use again.
