Simon at Drain Doctors attended my emergency and was brilliant! Very professional and knowledgeable. My initial call was handled brilliantly and I was kept up to date with arrival times and info. Fabulous service, i will definitely recommend!

Drain Doctor did not address the original problem, (an intermittently blocked toilet) but proposed a costly solution to a different (less urgent) problem.
He did a through survey (with cameras) and recommended a very costly (£10,000) solution involving relaying the drains . We sought further advice. It seemed Drain Doctor could not or did not wish, to attempt to clear the blockege except by re-laying the pipes.
We found a genuinely local drain specialist who cleared the blockage immediately, for £125. He did not advise relaying pipes now, as he said it was neither necessary nor appropriate at this stage. He said he would be happy to quote for relaying the pipes should it prove necessary in the long term but suggested we wait and see if the blockage came back repeatedly . He gave a rough estimate that pipe relaying might be costly (as much as £2,000 to £3,000

Called at 8.30am with a query which was dealt with with great understanding and an operative was sent out that day at the lower end of the time slot allocated. He explained advised procedures and costs involved before going ahead with the investigation required. He was polite and courteous at all times despite the horrendous condition he was working in. He fully explained the findings and advised on further work required and how to get it done, without any sales pressure, after showing me the photo footage. Can't fault this company from first call to final shut of the door.

Jake was great, friendly and explained what he was going to do to test a way of unblocking my drain.

Had to call out Drain Doctor in an emergency. Excellent service from initial phone call to having the job completed with a few hours. Highly recommend, thank you Drain Doctor.

I called and arranged a call out, I was advised on the phone that all of the engineers had all of the required tools on the van to complete the removal of tree roots.

When the chap arrived he didnt have the root cutters with him even though i had told the office what was required. He then quoted me £425 plus VAT to do the job after putting his camera down the drain and would return on Wednesday PM

He came back as promised and advised after being here for an hour that he couldnt now clear the roots and the drains had probably collapsed and we should either dig the drains out or divert the rainwater downpipes to the front of the house.

Not what we wanted or ordered but they still charged us 225 plus VAT and we still have drains that dont work!!!!!!

Worth the money

Great company and excellent staff. Had a leak from the main water pipe coming into the house. was given advice on the best fix. They came at the time arranged, completed the job and explained what was done, and cleared up after, leaving no mess. I even asked about the outside tap that had stopped working. they looked at it and found it was a simple problem which they fixed without any fuss or charge. very happy and highly recommend this company.
