From start to finish what a helpful company. I read reviews like this one I am about to write and think umm is this made up too good to be true!!! However its all true
From ringing in with my blocked drain Chloe was the kindest most helpful person I have dealt with in a company. I could tell she genuinely cared.
Simon was the engineer that came to my property. Again lovely caring guy. Went above and beyond to help me to explain what was happening . I have a drain issue I need to take up with Yorkshire Water. They have been so helpful with this and are still in contact to help me to sort this issue out.
I highly recommend Drain Doctor Bradford.

Really good service
Really good service, contacted on Sunday for help with a drain we have been having issues with. Got an appointment for the next day. Really friendly and knowledgable and gave me options and costs before any work was done. Really reasonable price and excellent service

A Victorious Return...
After the visit on 10/11/2025 it turned out that there was still an issue with the draining of the toilet.
One of the lads from the last visit returned, to find that there was a secondary and completely unconnected issue with the pipework.
Safe to say this issue was dealt with in the same swift manner as previously, and peace has returned to the bathroom.

We had an emergency and Jack attended…
We had an emergency and Jack attended within 45 minutes which was great !
He found the blockage and removed it making sure we had full working facilities at the village hall before leaving.
