After contacting Ben at Bradford Drain Doctor about my patio being covered in effluent, Jack, his drainage engineer, arrived within 90 minutes.

He was polite and honest about the condition / cost of clearing the drainage system, which he resolved within half an hour.

I’ll definitely contact Ben, should I need his services again.

Jack from Drain Doctor came out within an hour of the call and investigated. Found out that the issue was outside our boundary and gave us details for Yorkshire Water. Wouldn't take any payment even though he had come out.

Ryan was very personable and a pleasure to work with nothing was too much trouble and he gave good advice

They arrived later than booked but they let us know. On arrival they we're very professional and helpful and put my parents at ease. Put dye down and flushed it through none came into the house so that was a good sign, then put the camera down and showed me on there screen, all clear, there was a bit of fat waste but otherwise clear. Discussed what might be part of the problem plants too near the bay window and near the kitchen sink. Also we need to do some pointing at the bay window and kitchen sink area. This should sort our problem. They said if we need any help they would be happy to help. Thanks from a very happy customers daughter. I will be recommending them to family and friends. The job was done quickly when I found the break in the soil pipe. Because I have no sense of smell I didn't how bad it was. The 2 workmen also removed 2 stone blocks in my back yard that I couldn't move. I painted around the job site and it looks fine now. I thought the price was a bit high even with the discount.
