What a great and efficient experience!
About 10 mins after I asked for a visit (for the next day) I got a call from the company to say that they had availability for that day which was really appreciated.
I stuck with the next day and Joe called me 20mins before attending the property. He explained everything he was going to do, got the job up and ready after agreement of the price. He flushed out the blocked drain and did an investigation. Took him about 10 mins to find what was wrong. He then explained the fix that he could do, have me another quote. He checked with the office to see if he could do it today, and got on with the job when he got the go ahead. All done and so quick, I couldn't believe it! Joe was so polite and he was a breath of fresh air. Really appreciate everything and I will be recommending Drain Doctor to everyone!

Resolved a really tricky problem with 2 blocked loos at the rear of the house.
Rob who attended was professional and knowledgeable, and explained what work was needed to be done to resolve our blocked toilets. He gave a quote that outlined the worst case scenario and arranged a quick booking. The work was completed successfully and I was updated through the day on what was found and what had been done.

The Workman arrived promptly the very next day and carried out the work efficiently. He did a thorough job of clearing out the drain so that my water runs smoothly now which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. He cleaned up afterwards and kept the area tidy.

Absolutely brilliant. The guy who unlocked our drain is super sound, the drain blockage was really bad and he persevered until it was done. Very happy with the service and work ethic.

Emergency blocked and backed up drainage system

The Drain Doctor that came to diagnose my sewage ingress problem was great. The CCTV picked up the fault and in no time the repair was swiftly and efficiently dealt with.

Sheer professionalism of the person who did the job, and a nice bloke doing it. Not I suspect the cheapest but I was very impressed indeed by the thoroughness and scale of the work offered and done.

I found myself in a truly horrible situation — a blocked toilet in the en‑suite that caused wastewater to back up through the shower drain and flood the shower tray. Absolutely grim. I called Drain Doctor, and Kirk arrived promptly to help.

Within minutes, Kirk identified the cause: a build‑up of wet wipes where the soil pipe meets the sewer. He explained clearly why even “flushable” wipes can cause serious problems, which was genuinely helpful. Using a range of tools including a pressure jet and a specialised camera, he removed the entire blockage and inspected the pipework thoroughly to make sure nothing was missed.

What really impressed me was how meticulous Kirk was. After clearing everything, he made sure we ran all taps and flushed every toilet in the house to confirm the system was draining properly. Throughout the visit he was polite, courteous, cheerful, and had a great sense of humour — which made light of what could have been a traumatising experience.

I was initially shocked at the cost, as I usually try to tackle these things myself, but given the scale of the blockage, the difficulty of accessing the pipes, and the thorough job Kirk carried out, it was absolutely worth it. There’s no way I could have resolved this on my own.

We had a badly blocked bath drain which was starting to leak. The whole process with Drain Doctor was crazy quick, from initial contact to job finishing it was about an hour, and the two gents (I didn't get their name sorry!) sorted it out. It's now better than it was when we moved in a year ago. Hopefully all is well from here, but I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with them again.

Our Saniflo had failed. We have a week old baby and an elderly mother living here and were in a bit of a crisis situation. We called for help and spoke to a very kind person on the phone.
