It was a really good experience and very professional. Kirk was very polite and professional and explained what needs to be done and made sure the drain was completely clear and showed everything on camera afterwards.

We had a particulary tricky problem with our drainage and another company gaslight us after assessing the problem. The Drain Doctor came round 3 times until it was fixed. The staff (Adam and Kai) were brilliant - committed to helping fix our problem and always cleaned up after themselves. I'd highly recommend for their professionalism and friendly staff.

Kurt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The job was way bigger than we thought but Kurt was amazing and done a great job. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Such friendly people, who understood our requirements and Andy and his team kept us fully informed throughout the project.

They did hit some snags (as you do with underground excavations) and the project extended by a day, but on that extra day they bought in a crack team to make sure all was successfully completed and a messy garden and drive returned to normal.

Great service from DrainDoctor, Kye (apologies if spelt wrong) was amazing, this was in Codrington BS37 so not an easy trip for him, kind chap who did everything he could to unblock a very blocked drain! We had a good chat whilst waiting for his tank to fill. We had a call saying he was 20 mins away and was on perfect time. I can not fault these guys at all. Would recommend to anyone. Great price too

We had a blocked drain and despite several hours of inspecting and flushing Drain Dr could not sort the issue. In fact the level of blocked water was higher when they finished than when they started. For this they charged £234. They then sent us a quote for £1,183 to do an excavation. We got a different company out to get their opinion. That company fixed the issue in around 30 minutes and charged under £100.

Both Andy and Kye from Drain Doctor did a great job over 2 days of making my drains good! in a Victorian house. They were friendly, informative,skilled and professional. The job was internal as well as external so the were careful and respectful of my property.
