I consider Drain Doctor, Bristol and Gloucestershire as my fourth emergency service. I've needed to rely on them a number of times and they're always morr than happy to help, not only that but they get there quickly and are very competitively priced.
I had three jobs completed for me recently, all of which were carried out by Kirk. He was exceptional; always friendly and polite, clean and tidy and clearly explained what was happening at each stage of the process. He couldn't do enough for me and clearly has a passion for his work and getting to the best results. I can't thank him and Drain Doctor enough for getting everything back into working order. Excellent service, very friendly staff.

The chap arrived within an hour and half of calling the office. He explained everything fully and clearly before he started, he then set to work. He took about an hour to complete the job, he even went next door to explain to them as the drains are in line with them. When he was finished, he explained all that he had done, including putting a camera down, also recommended to get Thames water to descale the pipes prevent further problems.

Prompt efficient service, personable operative (Adam), accurate diagnosis and successful outcome. Delighted and relieved and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

From my initial phonecall to Drain Doctor to sorting out the problem, Drain Doctor gave me five star service.
The issue was a blocked toilet and when I told reception that it was the only toilet in the house, she said someone would be with me in the next couple of hours. This was at 5.30 in the evening and I had been concerned no one would be available at this time to help.
Even earlier than expected, Rob arrived about an hour later (having contacted me first to say he was on his way). Rob was friendly, helpful and efficient and the blocked loo was quickly unlocked. Rob respected my property and left everything clean and tidy.

Had some concerns with toilet(s) and needed to know whether there was anything in the system that was causing a problem. Andy arrived with the specialist equipment to check the pipework for any extraneous material that was causing my concerns. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about and I was put at ease by Andy’s professional expertise in confirming all was ok. Very happy with Andy whom I found very personable.

Competent, professional and efficient. Fitted an internal sleeve to a badly damaged/broken toilet drain pipe and although it was a difficult job the guys did it without undue drama. Time will tell whether the repair endures!
