Drain Doctor came up with a much more competitive quote than the other companies who quoted for the job (replacement of a drain cover and concrete housing). They carried the work out on time and to a good standard, and their communications were excellent.

Speedy, friendly service. Came out same day to sort an overflowing drain caused by a blocked gully. Very pleased overall.

Our Drain Doctor arrived much ahead of schedule (always a good start) and was very friendly and professional. He explained what he’d need to do after doing a camera survey to locate the tool I’d managed to leave in my drain!
Got on with the job, completed it successfully with no fuss and left the driveway clean and tidy.

Rob and his assistant arrived on time. Quickly assessed the problem and between them, and with good humour got on with sorting the problem. Checked the pipes and drains with their camera.
Cleaned and disinfected the area afterwards and gave us some usefull advice

Plumber was cheerful, and knowledgeable. Found the issue quite quickly. Tried a repair, but needed a replacement part which he sourced locally. All in all a good job.

Called up a few days ago they booked me in as soon as possible. The guy who came over was friendly tried to fix the problem, however as it a problem with my area. He spoke to spoke to my water provider help clarify what the problem with my drainage was. Very useful will use them again in the future.
