Drain Doctor - East Anglia Reviews 

The whole experience was amazing. I left my problem on DrainDoctors website on Monday, they responded that day with an appointment for today (Wednesday). A text today received at 11:28 stated James aimed to be with me in 1hr and 45 minutes; and he was on my drive at 13:15 exactly. I outlined the problem, - a ground floor loo was very slow to drain after flushing. He investigated and found the blockage was in a pipe several metres from the house. He cleared it and all is well now. It was interesting to look down his "endoscope". From arrival to paying for the job took 55 minutes. - £348. Factor in that he came from the other side of the county, was skilled and fully equipped to investigate, I concluded it was value for money; a first rate service.

I found the engineers themselves to be very professional and helpful. The first visit in December identified a blockage caused by sanitary products and limescale, which was cleared and the pipes were blasted. Unfortunately, just over a month later the same pipe became blocked again, this time due to a significant limescale build-up.

Given the short time between call-outs and that the issue was limescale on both occasions, I was disappointed that no goodwill gesture was offered, especially as I was charged over £600 across the two visits. I understand policies around time limits, but I had hoped for a bit more flexibility considering the circumstances.

Overall, the engineers were excellent, but the customer service response to my complaint fell short of expectations. For that reason, I personally wouldn’t use Drain Doctor again.

Excellent communication, very professional. Tricky job as no external manhole access, so special equipment used to unblock stackpipe via toilet access. The engineer was very prompt, polite, professional and courteous. Would use them again, and would recommend.

Patrick attended on the day I was advised and quickly started to investigate the issue. Issue was diagnosed efficiently and then corrected in a few hours.
Having been on the tools and still running teams of site based plumbers I can tell a decent engineer when I meet one. Patrick's a good lad, thorough, genuine and a credit to Drain Doctor.

I called drain doctor to inspect and clean my drains at my property. They were professional, polite and reasonably priced. The engineer showed me everything he had done, with before and after photos and also live camera images. He also gave me some great advice. Excellent.

The young man who came was excellent in every respect . However ….. you are even more expensive than Dynorod …. £200 for half an hour is outrageously expensive in my opinion!

Engineer was very thorough in order to find problem. Laid out all the options and prices clearly. He was then very skilled in removing the complicated blockage.

Cost was £300 for job , bit expensive , but turned up as per appt and excellent engineer who provided quote for job
Would use again in emergency, but go locally for lower cost job
