A big thanks to all the team at Drain Doctor. We were having a party at our house but the drains backed up and caused all kinds of mess. One call to Tracey and there was a van on site within the hour. An hour after that and you would never know there had been a problem. They went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fast, efficient and courteous from the lady who answered the phone, to Ryan who attended and unblocked my drain. He went the extra mile to tidy up after himself

Bad service in general , £288 for only jetting, the guy who came doesn’t accept any idea or try to sort the problem out, he came just to charge me £288 and ask his office to do digging which is cost moe£3000!!!!

1. I have explaining the issue to them two days however when the guy came asked me; what is the problem?!!!! that means they didn’t pass the information to their staff to save customers time and effort.
2. I asked the guy do you have some tool like anchor to take the rock out ? he said no, but when his hose stuck inside the drain he take out an anchor from his fan!!! 3. I gave all the info before coming such as; there is some thing like rock at bottom of drain and the rock is 2 meters down, so in their reply to my feedback they said our engineer found out bla bla, but they didn’t I told them as Scottish water told me before so they didn’t waste time to diagnose the problem!!!
4. we needed a battery to cut off his anchor to make. it fit to take his hose off so didn’t have a full charged battery or spare battery as well!! he was looking only for the £288 rather than sort the problem out, Note that this is a problem harmful to the environment and public health, especially since I have children and all my neighbors also have children.

5.I have been spoking with Tracy and she told me if we can not sort the problem out and may be need to diging around the pipe so the cost would be around £900, but they sent me a quotatin with £3100!!!

They are friendly, very helpful and efficient in helping you and responding quickly to queries and questions, also well organised to get the job done efficiently and professionally.

Woke to find that sewage was backed up and spilling out our waste trap beside the kitchen. It was quite a mess and was expecting to find that tree roots had blocked my drains.
I phoned Drain Doctor, explained the problem, and they said they'd be in touch. Less than 10 minutes later, Andrew called to say he'd be round in a couple of hours to look at the problem. He came slightly earlier.
Andrew took the time to explain what the problem could be, then spent quite a while jetting various sections of our drains. The blockage didn't clear. After all options were exhausted, he had to say that the problem was caused by the main Scottish Water road sewer having a blockage. Andrew explained the problem in simple terms so I could phone Scottish Water to come out.
Overall, very happy with the efforts Andrew made.

Phoned at 8.30am on a Sunday and by 9am 2 lads were with us. Recently bought our property and the drain in the garden was blocked solid and the heavy rain had caused a massive flood in the back garden. Boys had a hard job unblocking it and we were told it had obviously been blocked solid for years. 45 minutes later they managed to get it fixed. Can’t fault the service and £150 to come out on a Sunday at 30 minutes notice I think is very reasonable. Good job well done. 👍

Attended promptly to clear a drain. Job done in 15 minutes. Charged a 93 year old almost £300 for this - shocking.

Used on line request for appointment but nothing happened until called direct, so four days passed until attendance. While all encountered were pleasant and courteous the price quoted prior work was £288 , around £100 more than my research of what industry average was. That was for half an hours work clearing one rainpipe drain blockage. Of course could have declined but did not want even more delay , felt robbed to be honest, Drain Doctor will very likely get the job done but expect high cost even for simple issue. Tried to leave feedback on their site but it began with 2 to 5 rating, when 2 was chosen site shut down meaning no free text to explain that rating. Cynical.

Great service and a special thank you to Ryan who came out to fix my mum's drain. I highly recommend this company.
