Landlords beware: This company tried to add another £100 on to my bill claiming because I rent out my house to tenants that it is a commercial property not a domestic property. However a domestic property definition is one that people live in (whether owned or rented). We couldn’t agree a price and they left, wasting their time and mine. Found another company who did a great job for £200 less than they quoted.

After dropping my car keys down a storm drain (with 2 kids in the unlocked car) I called Jon and he immediately offered to help. Jon and Sam made a potentially very stressful situation into an everyday hero experience by coming within the hour and retrieving the keys (that still worked by the way!) and I will be eternally grateful to them both- thank you so much. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor Oxford enough, impeccable service.

Within 2 hours of my initial call an engineer was on his way to unblock my kitchen sink waste, the engineer phoned us directly and informed us of his time of arrival.
He arrived only a few minutes late and proceeded to do his work in an efficient and thorough way. He was both friendly and helpful and fully tested out his work before leaving us. Thank you Drain Doctor, Oxford.

They were more than prompt, for an appointment made early afternoon. They turned up at 5 PM, rather than the 6pm to 7 PM window. Very helpful, so excellent service for a slightly difficult job. I would recommend them totally.

Within 24 hours of contacting Drain Doctor Oxford, Bradley arrived to survey my leaky drains, take amazing photographs and patiently explain how to resolve the problems. Engineer was fine and he knew what he was doing but it is expensive 200 + for kitchen cleaning is little higher than expected. Please get a quote before opting

James arrived on time and quickly assessed and fixed my issue. An old drain had become an entryway for rats. James patiently explained the work required and also answered all my questions. Drain Doctor was prompt to answer my inquiry and was also the only company willing to give me an estimate (range) before coming which I appreciated. Excellent service.
