Excellent service the person was very friendly

Drain Doctor made a same day appointment for me after we had a leak in our home causing water to pour through the kitchen ceiling. James came out sooner than expected and, after investigating the pipework, cleared the blockage causing the problem. He returned a week later to fix the issue which had caused the blockage. All in all a great company to deal with - clear, prompt and comprehensive communication at all times. Thank you!

Website directed me to local contact number. Phone answered quickly by very helpful lady who assured me she could get someone to my mum’s address soonest and I arranged to be there myself to support mum. Chap phoned me when he was 15 mins away and was polite and happy to wait a little for me to get there. We met at the house. He was friendly and kind to mum (a nervous 93 year old). He cleared the blockage, made thorough check for pipe damage and cleaned the toilet and surrounding area as well as the drain itself before leaving. He was great.

Having moved to a new home we had a few problems with the drains and with the plumbing. All of which have been resolved. I had a blocked sewer and the inspection pits were filling up! An engineer came later the day I called. He was very quick at pinning down the problem, which wasn't on my property, so I needed to get my Water Company involved. There was no charge for this visit and advice which was excellent. My problem was subsequently fixed by Thames Water two days later.

Great experience. Sam arrived on the day for an emergency and able to sort the issue diligently. Provided great advice to both the builders on site and neighbours. Really pleased with the service and the costs were very reasonable for undertaking 3.5 hrs work.

Thanks Lewis. Our old and broken pipes made the job much harder than originally thought, but Lewis was always happy to keep helping, kept us informed about what was happening, was really clear on the pros/cons of different options and fixed the various problems. Really helpful throughout.

James came to unblock our toilet for us and was so friendly and professional, he was happy to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. The lady that took my call I think was called Amanda and she was so friendly, efficient and helpful and also Charley that was messaging me via text was keeping me updated regularly and again so friendly and efficient. Luke attended today following a disastrous issue with the drains at our workplace, he came within a few hours of our call and fixed the issue promptly. James and Luke were professional, efficient, friendly. I was having a toilet drain re-installed to be less likely to block. The work was done to a high standard, and they took it in stride when an extra issue was discovered (a currently blocked drain, creating quite a smell). They were able to explain what they were doing at each step. Very pleased with the result, and relieved.

Very professional. Had two previous visits from one of Drain Doctor's competitors who said they had to come back another time to solve the problem and I had to wait a month. Drain Doctors came within days of me calling them, found out the problem within 25 minutes and fixed it within 2 hours. Very helpful and I am delighted with the service.
