A few days ago I called drain doctor on behalf of an elderly friend who had a blocked drain: I explained the problem to a lovely gentleman called Chris who advised that he thought the issue was one that the local water company should correct: he also advised what they should and shouldn’t charge for … the water company came out and fixed free of charge; I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have a company who cares more about doing the best by their customers than they do about profit: will def use these guys if I ever need drainage help in the future !! I am a residential building manager and had an emergency issue. It was a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get our regular contractors to come out and attend. I called Drain Doctor, and customer services was really helpful. I got a called from the plumber Chris Millard, who fortunately was available that afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, this was a very professional service and a really reasonable rate for the call out. I will certainly be using Drain Doctor Watford across my other buildings in future.

From initial call to arrival at our home was less than 90mins. Chris and Dan understood the urgency, assessed the issue and as per the guarantees quoted us the options depending on what would be needed to clear a severe blockage. The two lads had a totally professional approach, kept us in the loop, resolved the immediate problem and suggested that we get on to Thames Water as the standard of the drainage in our part of the street was deteriorating and would lead to more blockages. Broken Drain - works completed perfectly. It was all very simple, from the initial call to book an appointment to survey the issue. The cost was very reasonable and the availability to book the work in was speedy. Dan and Owen are lovely, the work was executed professionally and they even insisted on taking their shoes off, when walking through the house.
