We had a blocked toilet in a second floor en-suite. We had another well known company who quoted us a ridiculous amount and needed two people to complete the job. Lee came from the Selby branch to have a look and quoted us a reasonable price and talked us through a great procedure to unblock the toilet, that actually made sense. Lee came on time and unblocked the toilet, we were amazed, maybe because we had been told by another company it was going to be so difficult. Lee was very friendly and got the job done. We used DrainDoctor for a second opinion due to a blocked drain. They attended the property and reviewed the issue, checked the drain blockage and managed to unblock it the same day, professional and efficient. Advised the previous company had been trying to unblock the wrong drain which was a dead end.

Our bath and sink was taking ages to drain out, we contacted Drain Doctor, who responded straight away & arranged for a visit the following day.
The two guys who turned up were very friendly & professional & explained the process of what they needed to do.
We now have a fully functioning bathroom again.

I had a drain that had crumbled in more than one place, and passed under the conservatory. A further complication was another breakage (caused by a fence post) right on the property boundary and directly under a tree. The guys were able to fix all the problems without the need to disturb the conservatory and were even able to remove and replace the tree (many thanks once again). Brilliant service.
