Very clear in what they said was needed, how much and how long it would take, showed me camera on screen to show issues causing blockage though video would be available, polite and thoughtful

Had someone out 6 weeks ago to clear blockage. Blockage appeared to be clear but within 6 weeks blockage has now come back. Said it was to do with using 3 ply tissue? (Although been using same tissue for 6 years in the same toilet) Contacted Drain doctor again and told I would have to pay again. Originally paid £275 for 45 minute work, but firm would not come out again and when asked to speak to manager they were all of a sudden unavailable!
Incredibly poor service when been recommended to use Drain Doctor even though prices much higher than local firm.

Just contacted another company and they diagnosed over the phone that it was a blockage in the stack which should have been identified initially and thus saving me £275 with drain doctor.

Appalling service - DO NOT USE!

Fantastic service, we cannot thank Lee enough. He came across to us in very short notice and fixed the problem we had with ease. A silly thing to note but he even cleaned up after himself thoroughly, which doesn't happen often! We're very grateful. Thanks Lee.

I had a problem with the drains at my new build home. Lee from the York DD came and assessed the situation and promptly and effectively cleared them. Also he helped me understand our drains layout and found a problem that the builders had missed. I would thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor. Lee was very polite and explained the costs.

First class service. Friendly and polite gentlemen answered phone and was very reassuring (Neil). Response time was within an hour and I was kept updated. The engineer (Owen) was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. All was sorted very quickly and with no mess. Cost of inspection and work carried out was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this professional company.

I have used Drain Doctor on two previous occasions, I have always been highly satisfied with the courtesy friendliness professionalism and punctuality , I have always been kept informed through out the job.
Maybe not the cheapest but quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.
Lee is star and has a calming effect and goes the extra mile.

Professional, efficient and experienced

Very quick response time following my initial report of a drain problem with my bathroom sink. From raising the fault to the job getting completed it only took 3 hours which was fantastic. Communication was first class from Neil and Ian who attended the property was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would definitely use and recommend the Drain Doctor.
