Total scam. Don't waste your money.

Uses bots to make sure you almost cannot get the top prizes. 3 items I have won I never received. Took over a year for them to update it from processing to suddenly delivered, but as I said I never received anything. Didn’t even include tracking numbers. Customer service obviously won’t respond since they know the problem is they are illegally withholding the items won.

They don't deliver or answer emails. I've waited months for items and still not shipped. They had to cancel an item because it is no longer available so I used the funds to request BTC... here it is a month later and the BTC hasn't even been sent to me.

I thought I was actually gonna get a box. Then they ripped me off when I didn’t decide to buy because I didn’t have the money and they refused to answer me when I asked for a refund and now my IP address is blocked to them. Do not fall for this scam thankfully I only lost five bucks not a large amount like somebody’s suckers

I got a $50 charge from DrakeMall on 10/28/2022 but never went to their site. Never heard of them until I saw my bank statement.

This site is completely scam. Bought VIP because of all the good 'benefits' but i'm gaining nothing out of it. The daily VIP box that i always get is a stupid thing only worth 0,10$.Besides that there is not a single chance that you get something good out of a box it is one big scam and waist of money. Do not use this website!!!

FRAUD!!! You used FB or Google to get my account # and You took unauthorized $$$ money out of my bank account. Your company is committing fraud. I never authorized this transaction. Your website looks like gambling. I DO NOT EVER GAMBLE!!! I suggest you refund my money or I am going to the police to press charges. It has been reported to my bank.

I was a victim of fraud and this company is refusing to cancel the orders and refund my money, claiming it is not their problem and I was a victim of a scam. Obviously customer service is confused and struggling to process my request, since having my information stolen is not interchangeable with being a victim of a scam.

I am New to this so I don't know what to think yet I tried these mystery boxes and got cheap small dollar items so I i am a little worried amd skeptical on trying g to buy we shall see.

This is the worst waste of money on the internet i put $100 on the stupid site and i literally did not win one prize that was worth .50 cents. and thats out of a box that cost me over $20 actually the box i played was $22.00. This site needs to be shut down its a huge SCAM save your money people! THE END!
