Feels abit rigged
It's not a horrid site but I mean I rolled it landed on a good item then jumped over to a cheap 1 and I mean it stopped on the good but somehow got cheap 0.10item so feels kind rigged
This site is most certainly a scam
This site is most certainly a scam. You may win something, but the probability is so low that its nearly impossible. You just get a bunch of junk that's less than dollar store stuff. Save your money and just buy something. AVOID THIS SITE!
Great company

At first I thought I was scammed
At first I thought I was scammed, I waited about 3 weeks for customer service, and I sent another email and they settled everything with my account. I had the shoes delivered within a week and a half. I would give 5 stars but customer service just needs a little improvement.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I recharged $50 on Google play and did not receive the money
Drakemall Is 100% Legit and Authentic
Made an account 2 weeks ago and loaded only $50 onto my Drakemall account. Played the Limited Time discounted Apple Box for $8.99 per spin a bunch of times over and over. Won a lot of cheap things/nonsense, then I actually won an authentic leather mag safe apple credit card holder, an apple usb power adapter, an apple usb charging cable, then I sold all of it and with the return money value of all those items I previously won, I used that and kept playing the apple box again over and over and eventually won the Apple Ipad Mini 5 2019 wifi/64GB. You then need to verify your identity by using your drivers license etc. to have Drakemall send you your prize to your mailing address. And pay a small delivery/shipping fee based on the item/s that you want shipped. Then as they process that, you have a delivery request process period for the item, then a regular processing period which is the shipping period, then viola! It took about 2 weeks to receive it in the mail via UPS where I live in the U.S. And I am not getting payed or receiving anything/compensation at all to write this review about my Drakemall experience. I wanted to write this review to show and tell people that Drakemall is not a scam at all! I see people reviewing this company and saying it’s fake and it’s a scam. It totally is not a scam. It’s really 100% positive a real/legit website that is based upon only pure LUCK!!!! And only luck….that’s it! And the website is not shut down like someone had said below my review. The shipping is only expensive if you want to get a CHEAP (maybe anything under $100 in my opinion) prize delivered to you, it’s best to just try your luck on winning big ticket items only, thats my advice. People who are talking down on the website because they personally haven't won a big ticket item, so I kind of understand why you're irritated/upset. But it doesn’t mean to make fake reviews and at the same time try to drag the companies name in the dirt all because your feelings are hurt and you haven’t won anything good to your standards. Just don’t be a sore loser and grow up. If you just don’t have luck on your side at the moment, then that’s your personal problem. Just be a good sport and keep playing to have fun like how I did and maybe your patience will get you your reward that you desire, not instantly, but in due time. If you are mad that you haven’t won a good enough item to your liking and have personally ran out of funds on your account and hate having to spend more money to play, well I hate to say it but it is the name of the game and If you can’t AFFORD to play this types of games and only end up complaining, then don’t play these type of games in general. Anyways, it so simple and easy to signup and make an account if you are willing to have some fun! The bottom line is to have fun and have no doubts/fears about about this company or their products that you win. Also, it’s all brand new 100% real authentic sealed items/manufacturer/brands that you are playing to win. They are not fake or knock off items. I’m just very grateful for this company, the random prize I won by luck/chance, and couldn’t be any happier! My fiance’ was kind of skeptical of this website and my winning of the Ipad Mini 5 but as it arrived 2 weeks later, he was also shocked to see it was all real. A real legit website, delivery, brand named winnings, etc. Now he wants to make an account and start playing to win something better than what I have already won lol. Thank you Drakemall for being 500% legit and loyal to all of your customers and me! And FYI, I only played on a $50 investment and paid $30 for shipping for my Ipad Mini 5 from the same $50 investment. They take the shipping delivery fee from your Drakemall reloadable account fund. Once again, thanks Drakemall! You guys are the best website for winning and delivering all authentic items! I am an overly satisfied customer. Keep up the good work Drakemall, especially the Drakemall support team because I had a lot of questioning for them lol
This is a scam
This is a scam. You spin to see your prize and its always something really cheap and then you have to pay more money to ship your cheap items. The shipping cost more than the item

I’ve won plenty of things and had them shipped to my home . If you gamble you gamble .. if you don’t then of course you waste your money ! My PlayStation 4 games were shipped maybe 2 weeks later . Didn’t expect it to come anytime sooner . I’ve won a few things like a drone , controllers for systems like the ps5 ( which was worth a lot .. although I sold it just so I can reach a better chance at winning the actual ps5 console ) . I can say that this is very fun to me and I enjoy every bit of winnings I do get !

I spent $100 and every box I opened was complete garbage. I opened upwards of 20 boxes the the best item I received was a phone lighter. Customer service said that’s the norm when I asked for a refund. Don’t waste your money here, have a mystery box shipped from amazon.
