Support is soo bad. They answer after 1-3 weeks. I delivered speaker 2 weeks ago and its still in drakemall's storage.... No words

Legit. They have delivered 2 of my items so far but I won a monthly give away and have 4 items set to be delivered so if those all show up I will definitely be doing a unboxing video and continue to use drakemall. I wish odds were better but it is what it is and they do what they say so far and it's fun. I'll review again and do unboxing when other items show up keep it up drakemall.

It's all dollar store prizes and you get 1 item from each box. Great you can sell back for a 10th of the cost but still bs. Would rather get old ass ear phones from the 80s. Not worth a chance imo. Risk money on other boxes.

I added 50 dollars to my account, but my balance still shows 0$. I wrote to support twice and even on the chat, but still no response. This is real theft. I think that I should take a legal action towards them.

What an Fn rip off. Don’t waist your money on this site, it’s a scam. I won 1$ ETH and $3 dogecoin and $1 in litecoin and wanted me to pay $10 to deliver each coin a total of $30 What a ripoff should be illegal

Was easy to spend my money, and received nothing but .02-.10 cent items.. what a ripoff.

Drakemall is probably one of, if not the best mystery box site I have visited. I have received prizes such a new ipad, airpods, surround sound speakers, pc gaming monitor, electric scooter, Samsung phone, and several other high value items.

If you plan to use this site, you may be better off starting a small fire and inserting cash. At least that would look cool. I got box after box and got nothing. I get that this kind of thing is suppose to be a gamble, but you have better odds at the casino. Odds there are roughly 20%-35% that you at least break even at a casino versus 5% or less on this site. Don't bother. Based on my experience here just take the money you are going to spend here and just buy the item you are trying to win. Or... spend $100s on cheap useless items that you may not even receive when you win them. Just saying.

Électric Brush worth 130$ us dollar for my girlfriend i got it 1 month after the demand of delivery but you have to pays for shipping buttttt you can Get the money Back after the unboxing. You don't have much chance to Win a big Price since its like 0.001 %.
