Refund delay
Part of my order was incorrect, was offered a refund or discount on the incorrect item. Ask for a refund & returned the item. I've now been waiting a month for a refund. I've chased twice with no success

Really good beer.
The delivery service was great, and the driver was very helpful and friendly.
The Karpackie lager is strong, but very smooth, not to be rushed.
