Do not follow their own complaints policy. They state they will respond within 48 hours. I have had no response after nearly three weeks and two requests for information.
I would hesitate to use this company again.
My issue is a small one and could be easily addressed.
The lack of response/customer care is worrying.

Thank you for your response - interested to know how you have called and left a message if you have no record of the complaint?!!!
Also have not got any missed calls or messages!

I have just purchased a 2 year old Kia Sportage from Drayton motors Kia at Scunthorpe. From the inital video to show the car and all its features,( as i live some distance away ) to sorting out trading my old car in and making sure i have everything i want and need, the service has been first class. Matt, Will and Chris have gone above and beyond and it is so good to have that level of service. I have a great car and if you want great service this is where to come.

We have bought a delivery milage Kia Niro from Drayton Motors Kia Louth. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic. Aaron made the whole transaction very smooth and we were very pleased with how everything was conducted. Aaron and everyone who we have talked to there were very kind and we were really happy with the level of professionalism displayed by the firm. Aaron has followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything is ok and if we have any follow up questions etc. After nearly a month after the purchase we have absolutely no problems with the car and it is such a pleasure driving it. Will definitely give Aaron a ring when we need a new car! Would definitely recommend!

Drayton motors have a very good staff. They are all friendly and polite. There is no hard sell. They just explain everything available and leave the decision to me.

Great communication and information and very efficient handling of all aspects of the purchase.

We purchased a commercial vehicle through the branch, and although this was not their usual offering the service received was attentive without being annoying.

From first contact to sell and care after sales, everything has been 10/10. Aaron has been amazing and hopeful with all the process. Minor scratches which were dealt with before picking up the car and it look like brand new! Also noticed that jet washer wasn't working properly, contact Aaron and was offered to have them replaced for free and fuel covered for travel. Fast and friendly service as always. Amazing experience overall.

Just bought our 3rd Kia from Drayton Motors. As with our previous experiences a first class service and we were kept informed of progress in relation to delivery of our new car throughout. Ross Taylor maintained communication with us during the purchase process and we could not have asked for more. A wonderful car provided at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend Drayton Motors

The Kia side not Suzuki at Swineshead need someone to teach basic good manners and customer service. Having been ignored and other people being seen who came in after me I went to the office where 2 salesmen were chatting. I commented I was ignored and i wouldnt be buying the Kia Sportage on Motability. The reply by both was I wasn't and I didn't know what I was talking about as I needed a special Motability salesman for Motability cars. I informed him i did know what i was talking about as have been motability for 32 years and anyway he didnt know i was motability until i told him as no one had asked or acknowledged me. all infront of other customers. I went to leave and the dark haired sales man (claimed he wasnt a sales man) gave me a look of disgust turned away and I heard him say 'f o'. I turned back and said ' you shouldn't swear it's rude' I left but all this was infront of customers. Needless to say I won't be buying from them!! My comments on their fb page were deleted.

I've just purchased a New car from Kia motors in Swineshead Boston and just wanted to highlight the excellent service I have received from Ross Taylor the sale Executive there . The car was a surprise present for my wife and Ross was very discreet in all our dealings to keep it secret , he was also very knowledgeable and a great help with all my queries and presented to car in great condition ready for me to pick up today . Myself and my wife have owned Kia cars for many years now and all the staff there are very helpful and always look after us .

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was made to feel welcome. The salesman Danny was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries. He kept in touch by phone and email to update me and couldn't have been more helpful. At all times I felt I was a valued customer which is not always the case in life and i would have no hesitation in recommending Danny and Drayton Motors

Informative, polite, honest, helpful fully explained the whole process went through all paperwork. The hand over of the car was straight forward and quick. Delivery of the car to the garage was earlier than expected which was very convenient

Excellent knowledge, well presented and knowledgeable salesmen, good selection of vehicles, can make complicated terms easy to understand.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Everything happened in a great atmosphere. Professional salespeople. I bought the car I wanted.
