They let the apartment at a higher price for a late booking . Don’t be fooled with the reason why they cancelled.
My advice keep clear of this company, my regret is I didn’t look at reviews relating to Dream Apartments

Terrible experience with this outfit
Terrible experience with this outfit. Sayed in Adlephi wharf,. Manchester one bed "Luxury" apartment........WoW.....not in any good way. Heater was broke so was chilly to say the least, TV remote had no batteries, lift broken, no telephone response, reception sent me to wrong building, lack of toilet roll and hygiene products, one hand towel, loud atmosphere outside apartment on landing. This was more like a student halls accommodation. Paid £221 for one night and it was awful. AVOID at all costs. They are a bunch of rip off merchants.. They won't even reply to my complaints.
Turned up yesterday for 1 night stay to…
Turned up yesterday for 1 night stay to find out they have closed down couldn’t get in touch with anyone had to pay for another hotel absolutely shocked nobody even got in touch to inform us of the closure

Me, My Mother and my Son who has a lot of learning disabilities arrived to Belfast on Friday. Pictures is nothing like the rooms at all. What a dump of a place you wouldn’t even rare a cat in it! We saved for this holiday as we do every year. £768 for 3 nights… First of all we got the wrong room which was a single bed for 2 adults and a child. Secondly we got put in another room which was just two single beds put together. Hardly any kitchen utensils… No pizza cutter, no spatular, no oven glove. The walls was all marked and filthy. The floor was vile, all our socks are in the bin. Place has probably never had a clean. Can hear everything going on and traffic outside, not suitable for a child with special needs, i am truly disgusted! We couldn’t stay and never got a refund, they don’t understand or let on they don’t! My booking reference, the price I paid and how I booked was all totally different to what was on their screens! Never got back the refund. Scammers STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! This place is more of a doss house or party place, not suitable for children especially with learning difficulties. To be honest I wouldn’t want anyone staying in that dump! Wish I had read the views beforehand!
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Booked a night away for my partners birthday got there and the place didn’t even exist !!! We tried to get through to customer service with no answer. Customer service then called saying they had moved the location of the apartment and we had to pay £100 deposit to find out the new location !!! When ended up going home and got a full refund!!!!!!
Horrific stay
Checked in, broken glass, eggs splattered on the walls and windows, alcohol splashed everywhere. Broken travel cot in room. Fridge was filthy and the odour was horrendous. Cocaine residue on table and cannabis and tobacco pieces strewn all over "penthouse" apartment. I checked out immediately cannot get a refund after a manager gave me a huge sob story about his hard personal life but that he wud do his best for me. Horrendous apartments and customer service. I travelled with a special needs child to this apartment as the staff were aware and I was left trying to source other accommodation with no refund and our stay was ruined as our son became worked up and could not cope with all the rushing around and we could not find a stay suitable for his needs so we had a sleepless "break". These apartments are not what they advertise them to be. STAY AWAY
Terrible staff and customer service
Terrible staff and customer service! Awful apartment manager. Scam please avoid this place. I overpaid for an extra room in August and this apartment has refused to issue me a refund. I was on the phone with the manager trying to explain to him and he hung up on me. Sent several emails but never got a response. Really terrible customer service. I am demanding for a refund of the extra 1 bedroom apartment that I paid for!
AVOID at all costs!
AVOID at all costs!! Never have I ever being so disappointed and disgusted in my entire life! Firstly arrive for the apartment to not have a door handle as it had being ripped off, asked reception if she could move us and she literally ignored me and pointed at the door and told the cleaner to follow. The cleaner opened a second door for this door to not lock from the inside!! The room was dirty, the pillows on the sofa had blood on, the cups were dirty with sticky residue on, the bed sheet also had blood on and the chain didn’t flush on both bathroom toilets. There was soap scum all over the bath tub, it was awful. Because we were going out and had reservations booked and paid deposits we left the apartment, to not even be able to lock the door, we left our apartment unlocked with all of our belongings, to then get back to the apartment and the light bulbs don’t work! It was pitch black and we were terrified. We get into the apartment use our phone torches to then realise we still can’t lock the door from the inside. We were sat downstairs and some boys were trying our doors luckily we were downstairs as god know did they would’ve come in if they thought that no one was in. We went to bed as it was 2 am at this point as was too tired, we could not sleep at all as were were Perrier we kept hearing people dry our doors. Very unsafe area, hardly slept and will never ever ever return. After paying £130 and 2 girls staying on our own I would’ve thought I would have received a much better stay, however not the case. I have also being refused any apology or compensation as I don’t have ‘enough’ photos. I have told dream apartments to go loom their bloody self, what a state this place is!!
Booked for 3 nights in Middlesbrough
Booked for 3 nights in Middlesbrough. I stated time of arrival which is after front desk hours. Was sent information to ring Belfast after 9.30pm. I arrived around 10pm tried to ring approx 4/5 numbers all voicemail no response to email or messages. Took my money and left me stranded a lone female in a strange city. By 11.30 pm I had to find another hotel lucky I had the money to do so and the bar supervisor at the Liquor box pub across the road was extremely helpful.
Left Stranded at 8.00pm
You can not have any confidence in a booking made with these people. I made a booking for Dreams Manchester apartments. Everything was approved and confirmed. Whilst driving up to Manchester on the night of the booking I had a call at 8.00pm from the management team to advise they could not honor my booking and were canceling. They had overbooked. This left me completely stranded. I couldnt get another room in Manchester at late notice as there were several events on in the city the following day. I believe this to be a scam in the trade. Oversell rooms in the hope someone does not show, it happens in 5% of cases apparently. A refund is not made for the late cancelation and the other booker takes the room meaning the room has been let for double the rate.
Nightmare Apartments
Hi, I booked an apartment in February for this September for The Killers concert, they cancelled on me today saying, “There’s a maintenance issue” absolute lies they also said they were over booked. I had this happen with me before with them -left me high & dry. Disgusted isn’t the word. I’ve been offered a discount with Booking.com of £25. I can’t get anywhere now in Belfast as everything is booked out. I’ll never book with them again. Stay clear.
4pm checkin! Are you kidding me
4pm checkin! I have never seen a 4pm checkin in my life. This place is all about the up-sale. £20 per hour to checkin earlier so a normal checkin of 1 or 2pm will cost you an additional £60 then parking is £15 per day! How do these places get away with this? No wonder they always available online. Noisy and not worth it. Add all the costs up and go somewhere better.
PARKING FINES
I stayed there for 2 nights in June and upon our arrival we were informed we needed to park in the designated Dream Apartment bays in the parking lot, after we checked in we then went to move our car to one of these bays.
When we checked out I offered to pay for the parking to which the receptionist at the time told me not to worry so we left.
A week or so later I get two parking fines throught so I called them up to discuss it and they informed me that I should have been provided with a permit to display in my vehicle throughout my stay, this was the first I have heard of it.
Nearly 2 months later they have been inconsistent with their communication with me, no responses from emails and when I call up to discuss it they tell me it is being looked into by HR but I have heard nothing.
I appealed my parking fine on their advice which got rejected, put in a formal complaint with their head office over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply and I have now had to pay £120 for these fines due to an error on their end which I have been told is a common issue by a receptionist.
If you do decide to stay here make sure you ask for a permit to display or park somewhere else because I am at a loss of money due to an error made on their staff.
I am still trying to speak with someone to get this revoked and get my money back.
Avoid dream apartments!!!!!
Avoid Belfast dream apartments!!!!!
If I could, I would give them zero stars, or even less. It was a horrible experience. Staying in dream apartments will give you nightmares.
I went there for a one night stay with my brother last Saturday. We booked it through booking.com (I'm shocked that they still advertise them) and were promised a 2 bedroom flat with one kitchen, one bathroom and one living room. When we arrived, the guy at the reception did not know what he was doing. He was not only slow, but also couldn't find anything, or explain anything properly. It took him over half an hour to give us a key. We were also told (no previous notifications) that they want a £100 deposit and £20 for a car park space. It was 11pm, so we had no other choice, but to pay. The reception guy opened the gate to the underground car park and just left us to our own devices. We couldn't find a lift or anything. Eventually some other guests helped us get upstairs. When we finally got up to our apartment, we discovered it to be a 1 bedroom flat with the sofa bed and not the 2 bedroom, as paid for. Moreover, there was no additional duvet set or anything to make it ok to sleep on the sofa. I asked the reception for some covers and pillows twice, and both times, it was ignored completely. So my brother and I had to strip the bed ourselves and share what was in the bedroom.
That stil wasn't the end of things, as then on Monday, £250 was taken off my brother's bank account without notice, or permission!!! They accused us of smoking in the room (neither of us smokes) and said that this is their policy (as a customer you don't even get to see this policy)
It was the most expensive and horrible experience I have ever had and I want to warn everybody about this place. Please do not book rooms at the Belfast location, save yourselves the stress and the money.

They haven’t refunded me my £100,not even replying my emails.never going back there
AVOID
AVOID I was phoned day of to be told the room we had booked was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. Read back the reviews and you will see it was because raw sewage was coming up the drains in the shower! We were offered another room and took it as we were travelling to see a gig and didn't want hassle which now seems hilarious! We arrived and staff could not find the key to the room, took about 15 mins then she decided to let us in and we could get the key later. I explained we would be heading put ASAP she said no problem when I leave someone else will come so there will be someone there (luckily we did get our key before we went out as never saw another soul at all). We got into the apartment and immediately we hear what sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle, it was the tap in the kitchen which was dripping, could not be turned fully off and was making this god awful noise you could hear throughout apartment. I went straight down to tell staff, her immediate reply was maintenance is coming to fix it tomorrow sorry about that. No other rooms available. I spoke to my friend to see what we were going to do, we had somewhere to be were running out of time. My friend went down to be told we could get a discount if we speak to management tomorrow. We decided to suck it up and stay. If we were going to get some money back we would deal with it for one night. My friend went to iron her clothes and found 2 plug sockets not working. Eventually found one that could be used! That night when we returned I found out there was no hot water what so ever same the next morning, I had it running for a good amount of time to make sure. Then sugar on top of the cake the shower did not work so couldn't even have a cold shower to wash our feet which were BLACK from walking around the dirty floors. We didn't notice how dirty the place was on checknin but with the sun shining in the morning you could see how grubby it was. Of course there was no one present for us to complain about any of this. I sent an email through booking.com and recieved a reply saying they apologise but since we stayed we could not get any refund. I dont blame the staff working in the apartments a quick look at indeed reviews of the workplace will show that they are treated very poorly and have to deal with angry customers daily. Front staff are apparently expected to man the desk while also cleaning rooms which explains the poor quality of cleanliness. The managers are also apparently very abusive and unavailable. Only silver lining is they did not charge us a deposit so didn't lose money that way like loads of others. We stayed in apartment number 1. I doubt maintenance ever checks or fixes anything so will be interested to see if anyone else has stayed in this room and if yoy had the same issues.
NIGHTMARE APARTMENT
Disgusting apartment.
Filthy floors walls chairs and radiators covered in dust and practically hanging off the wall.
Plug socket coming away from wall in kitchen. Some lights not working. Lack of towels looking very old and worn.one was stained.
We booked for four adults but there was only one 2 seater sofa in living area.
On a very busy noisy road.
TV was useless often no signal.
Lack of essential equipment in kitchen ie no tea towel hand towel cloths to wipe surfaces and no tea or coffee supplies.
Notice on bedroom wall states that it is a DREAM LUXURY APARTMENT “
More like a NIGHTMARE STUDENTS BEDSIT
Avoid like the plague.

Dundee dream apartments.
Dundee dream apartments.
The apartment is clean and comfortable.
The balcony is more expensive, but being a smoker, was worth it. Unfortunately the balcony is on dire need of a good lick of paint. The decking could do with some tlc.
The balcony does not have any furniture so not great if you want to enjoy the sun.
DEPOSIT.....
£100 was taken from my credit card 6 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I have called the apartments many times but nobody answers the phone. I have sent a couple of emails....once again no response.
Would appreciate a response to this review.
