Glaiza of customer support was particularly helpful. I had a slight address change and my order was on back-order for nearly two months. I understand it has been delivered to my beach condo---so I take it all went well....

Dream Livings was so great with communications and sent my chair and matching ottoman in under a week. Glaiza was wonderful and kept me in the loop with my order AND assured that I was on the reserved list for the next shipment of Avery chairs (which are super popular). I love my new pink Avery chair and matching ottoman and have gotten so many compliments at the office so far. :)

The chairs are very good, they stood well upto the expectation. Delivery could have been little faster but it was worth the wait.

Nice Product But Super Delay Shipping And Really Slow Costumer Service.

Just received my stools today from DreamLivings. I could get one at a local furniture store but needed 2 more. Well packaged, easy assembly and they complete my kitchen island area with a modern look. Love them!!

I ordered a furniture on DreamLivings.com and chose standard shipping, which is supposed to be 3-5 business days, but the furniture arrived after 2 weeks. After order completion, there is no shipment status or expected shipment date on the order details page. I called their support hotline several times, but each time it went to voicemail, no live person. I emailed their support multiple times, and each time they responded with the supplier will ship the furniture soon, but DreamLivings does not have the expected shipping or delivery date. It seems DreamLivings is just the platform where suppliers put up their products, but DreamLivings has no control or knowledge of product shipment or delivery.

I got my couch which is beautiful but the back squeaks, it makes a noise every time I sit down. There's also a snag on the back from the threading not being cut. The quality of the couch looks good minus the back, but sitting and squeaking on a day old couch sucks. I am so disappointed, I want a replacement that doesn't squeak or have quality imperfections. I could have looked past the thread but not the noise it's awful.

I am amending a prior negative review... after I contacted customer service they called me every day and emailed me every day... with updates regarding shipping and the status of my delivery... it did arrive a little later than I thought but Glaiza in customer service was on top of it and really did not stop calling the shipping company until I received my sofa... which is beautiful really...

Love the chairs .. however when we received them there was something that looked as grease on them ..(we have pictures) we didn’t try to clean it for fear of smearing and we chose not to send them back because of the huge hassle , you require very specific return policy. Also we were never able to track our chairs and my husband had to call a couple times to find out what was going on. Again love the modern sleek design just not happy we have two chairs with grease in them.

If you can have that, you have it all! The bed was just delivered and it is stunning. I was a little reluctant ordering online, their customer service was amazing. What an awesome team, and a fantastic company. Best shopping experience, I highly recommend DREAMLIVINGS.

Such an incredible experience! We bought an entire dining set, and the porter sofa, and we’re in love with them. Customer service has been phenomenal, Glaiza was a joy to work with and I can’t thank her enough for rushing the order for us. We will defiantly be back for more items in the future.

WARNING!! Do not order from this company, they took my money over 6 weeks ago and still no chairs!! There's no one at customer service to take calls!! I know I'm screwed and lost my money, just trying to help others. I fear the reviews are fake, only the ones with people stating the same issue I had were responded to. I'm reporting this to my bank and BBB in hopes to help others. The address is just a store front, fake!!! Do not order from this company!
