After a mistake on the shipping ticket the bed color ordered showed arriving in a different color. Working w/DreamLivings we were able to come up w/a solution if it proved to be the wrong color. Once arrived--all was well but their attention to customer service for what could have been a problem was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend DreamLivings!! A+++

this isn’t a knock on customer service so much as a general purchase experience, but after my purchase, i received a purchase confirmation but no additional notification of shipping or a delay in shipping or anything of the like until i messaged the seller, and this was a month after purchase. i’d encourage buyers to be proactive with checking on orders

Placed an order in November and it ran into problems due to a manufacturer back order which was then compounded by a freight carrier error. However, Milan in their customer service department was quick to respond and went out of his way to track the order and finally get a new item back out to me as quickly as he could. There were more issues with the carrier on the second shipment but he was right along side of me and got everything resolved really quickly. Through the whole fiasco, they really strived to make it right and get things fixed ASAP. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received.

I found the right size table for the nook in my house. The table was a bit pricey but was exactly what I was looking for. My only other issue is the pop-ups on the website: There are a lot of pop ups for promotions, some of which may no longer be valid or may be from third party sites. Glazia and her team at Dreamlivings.com were very quick and responsive to my inquiry about these promotions. I have not received my delivery yet but when it comes in, I'll leave an update.

It's now been 2 weeks and my item still has not shipped. Credit card charged within seconds. UPS tracking says label has only been created. Very disappointing.

I had problems with my delivery, but the costumer service was always helpful.

I could have purchased these 2 couches and 2 chairs any of several places, but delivery choices were to have them dumped in the lobby or even in front of the building for me to wish up to my second floor apartment or maybe, if lucky, pay quite a bit more to get them up. Couches did not fit in the elevator so these great delivery guys took them up the stairs. I paid one one amazing price to deliver all including unboxing, set-up and clean-up and was happy to tip well for the unexpected extra service required with the stairs, price still less than I would have paid with anyone else. This furniture is beautiful although color was not exactly what I expected, I love it anyway, always get a swatch, I waited long enough for the chairs to be in stock anyhow, and once everything was in I waited about 2 weeks for the order to ship from California, I think. This company has always been great about answering my questions and giving me choices. I have furnished the main living area of my new condo with TOV furniture for seating and think it looks great and is going to last.

I bought 4 beautiful Beatrix chairs in green. We just received them and they look gorgeous! Delivery was quick and when we requested an update, Noah got back to us within minutes to confirm the delivery eta!

Amazing prices and fast and free shipping!

The headboard I ordered is just as I had hoped it would be - unique and beautiful for the price! However, it took several days before the item actually shipped (which the website does says, but not straightforwardly), and the shipping box was quite damaged when it arrived (rusted staples, the box had a lot of old water damage, it looked like someone gashed the front with a boxcutter). Thankfully, the item appears to be undamaged!

Edited to add that the customer service response was excellent. They are following up with the involved parties regarding the condition of the box, and were genuinely interested in hearing how they could improve the website and their services. And, the headboard continues to be beautiful, and my daughter loves it - she calls it her "princess bed".

Beautiful chairs!! I ordered three chairs and one was missing the legs. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and resolve this issue. They are sending out new hardware to correct the issue. Overall, I’m very pleased
