Great clothes and prices
I love their clothes specially their prices. Yes, Shipping does take a little longer however, everything does come in (unless its out of stock). 95% is true size and their customer service does get back to you within 24hrs(due to time difference). They do deserve 5 stars but, until their out of stock gets better i say 4.

Very good products. Shoes specially is 99% of my orders. The biggest downfall is to contact them for costumer service. It's hard to find the way to reach them. Tip, take a email you got from Them. This is my best way so far. Last thing, often, what you have in your favorites, you Will not be able to see all of it. You Will see only 16 items (if you have a lot of favorites. Lol). I don't know if it's because i'm in Canada, but, it always take 3-5 weeks to get my order. I know shipping from there usually taxes minium 2 weeks. One more thing that is nice, if you revient product with pictute, you get 30% off on your next full order. For me that buys à lot at once, it's very good. Don't wait for à good discount besides that, it's always ths same one no matter if it 4th of july or march 2nd.

Never received order TWICE now!!!
The second time they say they have delivered my package and there is no package. DH6105165197 order date 6-11-21. They keep telling me to talk to my neighbors, who have no clue. When i got the notification that it had been delivered, I went right to the door, nothing there. Says was signed for by my "city"??? The second time this has happened. They don't care! I just want my stuff totaling 169.43. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They'll just tell you to file a complaint with the postal service and it's not their fault! Not when I have my address clearly marked on the invoice.
