Island Bay Hard Seltzer Reviews 

I have not received my order placed & paid for a month ago, it is still processing according to my account page on the website. I have had no response to multiple emails regarding this. Really disappointed because I love the product!

Great service, and even better drinks!

In my opinion these are the best hard seltzer that i have tried. Personally i would like them to have slightly more flavouring but they are still better and tastier than anything else.

I’m really disappointed as never received my order. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible.

Order before 3pm and get next day delivery. Item still not here 2 days later.

These hard seltzer’s are extremely affordable compared to others but taste isn’t sacrificed because of it. They taste great and arrive quickly, I definitely recommend!

Fast delivery. Lovely refreshing drinks. Watermelon is lovely with ice. Although all flavours are nice. Light and refreshing for the summer.

Best hard seltzer on the market! I've only tried the watermelon so far but absolutely loved it and have just ordered the mix box. Great refreshing low calorie drink and a big plus being vegan too!

Very quick delivery and probably the cheapest hard seltzer.

I messaged Island Bay on Instagram at 2:45pm seeing as free delivery is offered to orders placed by 3pm. I asked for a discount voucher and the lovely person could not have been more helpful in fetching me one.

Then they asked for my order number to ensure my box went out that day and 24 hours later here I am sipping my watermelon hard selzter.

Fantastic customer service and the drink's not bad either.

Amazing customer service... there was an issue with my order being shipped and less than an hour after sending the inquiry received a phone call from the commercial director with an apology for the delayed shipment and an explanation for the delay. She ensured my order was sent out that day and I received it the following day. This type of exceptional service will now make me a loyal customer.

Amazing value for money, super quick delivery and amazing flavours

Brilliant product and even better customer service. In fact, the best I’ve ever experienced. Product wise; the drink is very easy going down, refreshing, without having an overpowering artificial flavouring to it. My current alcoholic beverage of choice.

As far as customer service goes; there was a mix up with our order. After chatting on the phone, Island Bay realised we’d made the order prior to a weekend getaway. To ensure we didn’t go without on our weekend away, the managing director drove half way across the country, after hours on a Friday night of a bank holiday weekend so traffic was a nightmare, and personally hand delivered it. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Great flavour and great value too. Delivery is super fast. Loved it so much I signed up for the subscribe and save after my first box.

Love these hard seltzer. There is no nasty artificial taste and are very refreshing 😋
