When I renewed everything was perfect.
However I tried to renew the previous day & experienced a lady who giggled throughout our call. She couldn't help me remove one car from my account & then tried to redirect me to an office which was closed.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, had a change of mind about the policy I had taken out with them and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. No hassle, refunded the amount I had paid in a very timely fashion. Not used their breakdown service but the company appears to be first class.
