Brilliant service! Broke down on M1 at Leicester. Rang Driver Guardian and had a response from a breakdown company within half an hour. Unfortunately the M1 closed due to an accident so the recovery vehicle couldn't get to us for 5 hours! but they were in constant touch making sure we were safe.

Once again, a painless renewal of my policy. A great price even without the discount for being a regular customer. Well worth asking for a quote.

The chap on the phone told me exactly what was wrong with my van. Something id never would have thought of. He was spot on. Sorry i forgot his name. Well done to him. Saved me a fortune!

Great fast service

I've been with DG for years, every aspect of the service in my opinion and considering the price is impeccable.
I've called them out on numerous occasions for both major and minor problems and every time the communications, response/time, efficiency, customer service and resolution leaves no room for improvement IMO.

My car had a flat tyre a couple of weeks ago so I phoned Driver Guardian (who I’ve been a member of for 10 years) as unable to change the tyre myself. Rachel was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road as quickly as possible (1.5hrs in total). Excellent service!

Rachel was extremely helpful.
I first asked how I can reset my password, and she told me they were upgrading their website.
I then asked If my vehicle information had been updated to my new registration and she came back immediately and sorted the details straight away.

My motorhome broke down just after I arrived at a campsite in the New Forest. I contacted Driver Guardian who were very helpful and understanding. I arranged to speak to them again on Monday morning and by 10:10 am Ravenscroft Motors attended and my van was being attached to a tow truck to be recovered to a local repairer. Everything went very smoothly and Daniel the recovery driver was also very kind and helpful. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to all involved! :)

Absolutely fantastic people to talk to great support and advice got all my 3 motorbikes covered on one policy, always been prompt with call out times and a curtacy call after recovery to see if everything went ok thankyou

From my 1st call to new tyre fitted service was excellent.

Had european cover sold by driver guardian but in fact is not run by them but a thirdparty compamy.
Cost me money to have my car recovered not happy so wont be renewing will pay at bit extra and use RAC.

We had a flat battery and no way of charging it. Within an hour a man from a local garage arrived to jump start the car which enabled us to drive to Halfords to have a new battery fitted

The mechanic came within half hour and diagnosed the issue with my vehicle very quickly
