Awful awful customer service, I don't do business when I feel forced by a company. I asked for cancelation and got a rundown on how bad the other companies are. And how low their stars are.
Again tried to cancel with drive smart instead I got a consultation about how bad carsheild and other companies aren't good. I really don't like doing business with companies that are forcing and giving me reasons as to why I need their policy ..it's by far the worst experience I've had in years ,exception of Ms Kayla) you can offer me the best deal in the world, but if your arguing me down on why I want to cancel, I can't imagine what it looks like to make a claim.. I do believe I make my own choices. This gentlemen Greg? Was just awful about his competitors, and then sarcastically wished me luck on my parts.. I'm so in disbelief!!!
