Great product fast postage
Great product fast postage, it would be nice to have the retail box as the miyoo mini plus came in the carry case only and I would happily have payed abit more to have a branded sd card and sd card reader also to have onion os pre-installed.

Excellent monitor
Excellent monitor
The screen is very reflective, however so is the screen on my laptop. I haven't found it a problem and on the plus side the text is extremely crisp and sharp. The monitor doesn't charge the laptop through the USB-C connection, and the laptop doesn't charge the monitor, so potentially you need to have both plugged into the mains separately as well as linked, however I used the monitor for 7hrs straight on battery without running out of power.
I also like the widescreen format which is good for Outlook or having two documents or explorer windows side by side, and the quality of the 4K screen makes this very workable. In MS Windows you just need to go into 'Display Settings' and change the Display Scale to optimise the text size. Finally I would mention that I needed to contact DroiX on a different product I purchased, and their customer service was excellent.
I am very impressed with the monitor and really pleased with my purchase. I would recommend the monitor and DroiX. 5 Stars

Awesome PC in a tiny box
My Beeline PC arrived ahead of schedule, unpacking felt a bit weird, but all that you need is in the box. I just plugged it all in as per the instructions, hit the power button, sat back while this little beast came to life then began to go through its installation routine. very pleased with this little gem,

I messed up by selecting the wrong…
I messed up by selecting the wrong delivery service as I was going to be away. I contacted customer service and Vikram helped me to pay a top up to get it sent by FedEx. Vikram then upgraded this further to ensure I got my item next day before 1pm. They really went above and beyond to help me.

I needed a new battery for a GPD Pocket 2 and got a fast and helpful respnse from Vikram.
Battery was slightly cheaper than elswhere and in the UK.
Have had great service from this company before so you can buy with confidence
