Droix has always been my go to place for buying Gaming Handgelds. Why risk purchasing from China when you can get it from the UK, and be protected with full 1-2 year warranty on your items. Great service, speedy delivery and a very helpful support team.

These guys really know everything about what they sell
Easy ordering, with very comprehensive information on the website - gives real reassurance that they know the ins and outs of the products and that support will be there. My console arrived quickly, and was well packed. Setup videos are on their site, and I am extremely pleased with the device.

Great service, ordered the RG Cube with a case, the case was oos but the team still shipped my cube promptly and advised the case would be sent when back in stock. Kept informed all the way.

Easy replacement of faulty device
Returned a retro emulation handheld with a hardware fault. Even though it'd been several months since I first bought it and noticed the fault, Droix arranged a free return and quickly shipped a replacement once they'd received and checked it.
They gave specific and detailed instructions on what to send and how to safely package my faulty device, with a video if necessary. They promptly and politely answered any questions I had in the meantime, and checked over the replacement before sending it, to make sure it didn't have the same fault. They even replaced the SD card in the new device with the SD card that had been in the faulty device (in case I had games/saves on there that I wanted to keep).
I was a bit confused about the shipping label instructions, so ended up trying to squash two address labels onto one tiny package. But everything seemed to get to them fine, so not really a big problem.
I didn't know that I was buying from Droix until I needed to return it, as I'd originally ordered through another storefront. Would definitely consider using them in future, especially if it's something where I want to feel confident that any problems will be dealt with quickly and easily.

Fantastic customer service.
When I placed my order, Google pay inserted my old address, I was worried that it was the weekend and couldn't contact them by phone outside trading hours, but sent an email anyway. I got a response later that day from Vikram who was brilliant and dealt with my issue quickly. Amazingly this didn't slow down my delivery at all. Oh and my rg35xx h is brilliant too.
