Dromor 

I am writing again to inquire about the settlement from my stay at Jubilee Hall in Luton, until 10 Dec 2023.
You had promised a refund for the week that we had no hot water, and I had paid you through 10 December. Then I had to pay a higher amount a second time for the same booking period, with CLV Bedfordshire, again.
I have written many times in December-January with no reply.
Also, with the review below about Dublin, I cannot find where Dromor operates in Dublin, nor has there been a confirmation from Dromor itself- up until 1 Dec when Dromor stopped communicating with us customers.

Jubilee Hall (Wenlock Court, Luton), a HMO property has been managed by Dromor for approx. 2 yrs under some sort of fishy agreement with Campus Living Villages (University of Bedfordshire). They have been accepting people to stay long-term (over 90 days) as their only place of residence in the UK, despite claiming to be a short-let (holiday let) agent.

The deal came to a sudden end on 14/11/2023 (it was kept secret from residential occupiers for 2.5 months !).

On 09/11 got an invoice for a stay until 31/12 only to hear on 14/11 I must leave by 21/11 - effectively pushing me into a homelessness. This has ruined my mental health, my upcoming holiday and nearly cost my job. No notices to quit or Section 21 notices served. According to Luton Council the place has been run without HMO license.

CLV & UB are now harrassing residents by asking them to leave or pay ridiculous rent (hotel level fees of 34-54 per night)

I stayed through Airbnb and Dromor as Campus subletted wenlock court in Luton. I was stabbed here at wenlock court in May and they did not offer any support or help and he was a resident! As I said they subletted this to Dromor who a few weeks ago November gave 1-2 weeks notice to tenants living here 6 months+ which is illegal. In addition they (campus living) are now trying to lock us inside by padlocking the gate. The person from reception wanted to lock us inside with a broken turnstile and therefore no escape. There is also no hot water (for MONTHS) they blame repairs but other buildings have hot water so they are trying to get us out by force. Vile and disgusting behaviour by Campus living and their sublet Dromor. Dromor has no licence according to authorities also.

Good accommodation in a good location, close to the city center. Simple but does the trick! Really nice staff as well. Thanks!

Congratulations to Benjamin on his amazing accommodation in Hammersmith! My stay was simply wonderful. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. The place was spotless and very cozy. Furthermore, Benjamin's hospitality was exceptional, always ready to assist. I will definitely return to this accommodation on my next trip to London. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is located near bus stop, it’s quite and clean,I feel comfortable ,it’s a good choice to stay here.

The accommodation was of high quality, safe, spacious, well appointed with everything you'd need and with a high standard of cleanliness, yet at a very affordable price (the cheapest in the neighbourhood!). The staff servicing the accommodation were all friendly, willing, and helpful. Absolutely unbeatable quality. I can think of nothing to criticise about the accommodation or service.

The place had an awesome location, and the rooms were super calm and clean. Benjamin was like really cool – he went out of his way to help with whatever I needed. I left there totally stoked about my stay.

Great directions and information prior to visiting, fantastic place, great location. Couldn’t have asked for more and the price was great.

The apartment was easy to find, Benjamin always gave me quick and precise instructions. There was a bus stop in front of the building and metro station a couple of meters from there, what made easier to get to the touristic spots. Also, there was a grocery in the corner. The apartment was very clean, the staff from the building was very friendly. I recommend it for those who are looking for a place to stay for a few days in London.

I have a great experience with Dromor. I stayed in Luton and the quality of the rooms is really high and the security of the premises is great. And that too at a competitive price. Personally, I find Benjamin to be a great host. All instructions are clear and in a timely manner. He responds very quickly and is available to help all the time. My stay was always comfortable. The Dromor reservation team was also fast and good enough to accommodate queries, extension requests and changes.

I had experience with the Dromor company in Dublin. Rented housing in the campus, everything is as in the description. The room is not big, but everything you need is there, comfortable bed, clean linen, cleanliness in the bathroom and the room. There is also a shared kitchen for common use with all necessary utensils. Convenient location, 10 minutes to the center by bus or tram, near a supermarket and a cafe. I was very satisfied, thank you

I stayed in a place in Dublin managed by them and it was a great experience. Very clean accommodations in great location near metro stop and grocery store and also close to the docks for a nice stroll along the river Liffey!

I had a great experience with Dromor in Cardiff. My room was a little well-loved albeit clean and tidy. The bathroom was large and spotless with great shower pressure. Location was great, very conveniently located near the rail station and city centre. Communication with the host was excellent. Altogether definitely recommend for those with a lower budget.

Location is so perfect, you can easly reach by walk many top places to see in London.
Host was always availabe for our question and doubts.
We had very good room on the last floor with an amazing view to the city.
Place was quite for us and we had good stay there with all access to kitchen and bathroom without a problem or even a crowd.
We would like to be back there again.
Recommended for youngs and not only.
