HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: I damaged my drone so contacted the Drone Doctor. What a delightful overall experience with prompt email responses to all of my questions. An initial quote was provided prior to me sending the device. Their website was most comprehensive and provided a means of delivering the drone to them via a number of different couriers. They confirmed receipt shortly after delivery and a final quote was provided allowing acceptance and payment was requested on completion of the repairs. I sent the drone on the Monday and it was back with me the following Saturday. Te package included a comprehensive test report providing me with assurance that drone was safe and fit to fly. Great service and communication with a rating of 10*

Great service, professional, quick and a perfect repair to my son's DJI Mini 4 Pro drone which was damaged following a crash. They sent quotes for approval after assessing it and the costs were very reasonable, they even updated firmware before sending it back. Would definitely recommend to others.

The experience was great it was seamless from start to finish and there updates the drone was badly damaged it came back as new with no problems considering the damage I would say the the bill was very reasonable I can’t recommend them enough.

Had a problem with my controller for my DJI Mini 2. Contacted Drone Doctor and they talked me through the process of packaging it up and sending to them through the post. Once I recieved an quote, it was easy on the website to agree.
It took a bit of time, and I thought the quote a little expensive, but stupidly didnt realise they also repaired the casing as well, which had taken a bang.
They couldnt fix the controller but sourced me a new one out of their stock at no extra cost.
Happy with the repair and happy to go back if I have any other issues.

When I had a problem with my drone Mavic Pro, that I could not troubleshoot myself, I looked for Mavic Approved repairers online. I originally emailed Drone Doctor and a few other companies explaining my problem and was quickly given a full list of options by DD and a few other not so quick or helpful responses from others.
Then a house move happened and drone was put on back burner. Going through old emails I came across original, this prompted me to contact them again.
The reply was very quick, I was happy with options so chose to book a repair. Was sent a link for printable Royal Mail Freepost insured lable, then posted it. Less than 24 hours later I was sent a message that DD had recieved the drone. By the end of third day I was message with the fault diagnosis and a quote for repair, which I accepted. Drone was repaired next day and I was notified that it was on its way back repaired, firmware updated and a full service where everything was checked and tested. Drone was delivered the next day by Royal Mail. Start to finish broken drone to me flying once more under 7 days.

I can not recommend their service enough. Kept informed on a personal portal at every step and a very very competatively priced repair. £152.00 to keep what was originally a £1200.00 drone flying. All genuine Mavic parts used and 12 months guarantee on new parts and anything to do with repair.
These guys are awesome.
They earned and deserved the 5 * I gave them.
