Fast very fast got me out of a massive hole worth every penny

Fixed my drone quickly and generally helpful.

Sent my drone in for repair, was quoted by phone at a price of around 200, the quote was 400 with a little change. As part of this quote, i was told that a part of my drone was broken and would ned repaired, but this was not broken when this was sent in to them. I called and challenged this, and was told that it was crash damage, but I have pics that proved it wasn't broken when they got it. Ultimately they did repair the broken cover Free of charge, sent the drone back, and waived the diagnostics fee which is why this isn't a 1* review. But I do have bad taste after this experience and questions are raised about the integrity of some repair techs as I fear they damaged my drone and tried to get me to pay to repair it.

After finding out the hard way that trees don’t move, I sent my drone off to drone doctor for repair. A week later I received an expensive quote back which I refused and instead payed the £20 to get my drone back. I then sent my drone to DJI for repair where I was quoted £105 less. Although I don’t doubt that you’d get a quality repair, expect to spend a bit more if you do decide to send your drone here.

A minor brush with an overhanging tree branch leaving my DJI Mini 3 Pro mortally wounded resulted in a call to the Drone Doctor. Calum was super helpful over the phone and I sent my drone off via Royal Mail 24 on Monday afternoon. It arrived Wednesday morning and within minutes it had been assessed with details of the issues provided by phone and two estimates for repair available via the online portal. I needed the drone for holiday the following week so opted for the emergency repair which comes at a 35% premium but was worth every penny. Within hours of accepting the quote the drone was already on its way back to me and arrived safely on the Friday, looking like new. The communication was first class and the repairs have been carried out to a very high standard. The customer portal is very user friendly and updates are provided by email and text. Overall this is an outstanding company providing exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend but hopefully I won’t need to use them again 😉

Good, honest company with great communication. From start to finish the process is really simple. It’s not cheap but I would worry if it was; it’s an expensive bit of kit that you’re getting repaired.
I didn’t shop around for quotes as these guys came highly recommended and I can understand why.

Drone doctor initially repaired my drone last year but unfortunately an issue developed with the gimbal.

I contacted them middle of April and they repaired the entire gimbal unit again under their repair guarantee.

No issues, no complaints, very happy with the service and they lived up to their repair guarantee.

I highly recommend.
