Brilliant company fixed my Drone quickly.

Drone had a broken ribbon cable to the camera, drone was fixed in less than 5 working days. Amazing service, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

A fantastic service experience all round. These guys are such professionals. My DJI Mini 2 had crashed into a railway bridge and dropped 15 foot snapping an arm. I was quite anxious as I had no idea where to turn to to get the repair done in the UK. Luckily I came across this very Trustpilot page! I was reassured to choose Drone Doctor after all the positive reviews and I'm so glad I did choose them.

I sent the drone off on a Tuesday and it arrived with them on Thursday. I informed them I had a client shoot on Friday and would love to get back the drone before then, and their team called me to reassure me they would complete the repairs promptly and arrange a special before 1pm delivery which I was extremely happy with! I was given multiple quotes depending on if I wanted cosmetic damage repaired too - it was nice to have options. I paid the invoice and as promised the drone arrived the very next day at 12 noon ready for my client shoot! (4 days in total from sending the drone). This is customer service done right - they went above and beyond to keep me happy. Well done Drone Doctor!

I also really liked their neat online system where you can track the status of your drone repair every step of the way, and even quickly and easily message their engineers who always respond promptly. You also get your return tracking number there so there's no faffing around to find that!

All in, I had an extremely positive experience. I was a little anxious reading the negative reviews on here before sending my drone in, but I shouldn't have been. There's no better place to get your drone repaired in the UK than Drone Doctor!

Excellent quick and efficient service. Really thought my drone was beyond repair but Drone Doctor managed to resuscitate my poor drone after I stupidly flew it into a tree. Thanks again for your help 👍🏻
