My DJI FPV Controller 2 needed 'activating' or 'binding' with it's related DJI FPV quad which I didn't have. Windows and FPV sims saw it but wouldn't calibrate or respond so Drone Doctor activated it with their DJI FPV drone and sent it back to me, all in a couple of days with minimal charge. Awesome communication & awesome service (Thanks Matt)

One of the most impressive customer journeys I’ve ever had. I phone and spoke with an awesome guy who gave me clear instructions and recommendations to what I did with my two broken mavic drones. I booked my repair in within minutes and printed of my postage label and posted to the Dr all within 1hour. Within roughly 20 hours I got a message to say the DR had received my drones. Within two hours a perfect diagnosis and booked in for repair. They repaired and sent back the drones all within 2 days total time which was just incredible. This business is a REVOLUTION I’m so stoked to be back flying!

I sent my drone to have one of its Arms replaced, the work was carried out very quickly and posted back in a secure package I would recommend them but hope that I don't have to use them if I keep flying safely, but should I need a service or repair I would not hesitate in using them

Took my Phantom 4+ controller in to have a new battery fitted after not being used for a year. They diagnosed battery was fine and there was a problem with the charge circuitry which evidently is a known problem.
Expected to wait 10 days so was pleasantly surprised when it was ready after 48Hrs.
Communication and feedback was excellent through out the whole process.
Will definitely use Drone Doctor again, a friendly bunch who seem to enjoy what they do.
One small point that would be helpful to future visiting customers, a few words of how to find you would be good.

Repair was top quality.Howver price was quite expensive the drone cost me £550 but was £390 to repair

Simply brilliant company, with excellent customer service and unbeatable professional experience. I had my mavic mini taken out by a bird and it then fell through a tree about 30ft ripping the Gimble out and severing the cable. The rest of the drone was ok thankfully but I feared the repair costs, I needn’t of worried, not only was it cheaper than my dread had led me to believe, but it was also turned around in a much faster timeframe than I had ever imagined. During the process I was kept up to date with every single step they went through. Not only was it viewable over the website but the notifications were also spot on. The drone was then packaged well and sent back to me and I can honestly say it’s flying like nothings happened and works perfectly. They genuinely removed all the stress, hassle and worry with their complete and utter professionalism and it’s funny to say, but I genuinely have zero worries about breaking my drone again as it’ll be going straight to them and I can get on with simply flying for pleasure without stressing about every little thing that could hurt my flying friend. When you can do what you live without having to stress about the consequences, it really does make it all the better. Thank you so much for being so good.

I have a Mavic DJI Mini, I broke the arms on the right hand side while flying on the Monday.

I googled Drone Doctor and went through their website (Very straightforward set up, even an option to arrange collection).

I sent off so it landed on Tuesday with them.

They diagnosied the faults and gave me a quote, with repairs it arrived back to me on Thursday!

I really cannot find fault with their service and turn around. I was kept up to date throughout the process.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone - incredibly professional.
