Just received it today well impressed with it looks good ,can't wait to fly it it was delivered in good time ,the item looks good thanks

The purchase of the drone and the delivery was great m, but unfortunately the communication from the company Isvert poor, I have sent 2 emails since December 27th and not had 1 response

After one week I don't receive an item what I order, I write to them no response, I lost 150 £, pls avoid that shop, this is scam.

The drone turned up within the timescale quoted and all was well, however, after 1 day of use one of the motor has stopped working. I am yet to send this back and I am sure it can be resolved but we would of expected the product to be more durable and last longer than 1 day.

Drone arrived faulty, when i reported it asked for video which i sent. Since then no reply! Avoid!

It doesn’t say when ur parcel will arrive the tracking I can’t see how it works can’t even find were to track it and half the drones are false advertisement

I ordered 2 weeks ago still no drone no email about delivery will never order from here again

Its taken far too long for my delivery I can get next day delivery from amazon

Shame I have to give them even one . Still being processed 44 days after they took my money. Do not use this company

Just purchased a drone on the site

Same as everyone else UK based etc etc.

Emailed asking for refund is as soon as I read all these comments hopefully get refunded before I go through all of the other reviews.

Called the bank to ask about charge back visa and said apply on the 15th day for visa refund.

These companies appear in as searches all over the internet do not use.

My order still hasn’t been processed, yet the money has left my account over a week ago

I recieved item and it wasn’t to standard advertised - I emailed about 6 times for a refund process to start.
I then emailed saying I was contacting trading standards and they emailed back that day saying I could keep the product and have a 30% refund or send the item back to China (where I would have to pay to track and post item) for 100% refund.
I then contact trading standards where they helped me with a reply.

I’m now waiting for a full refund and was sent back to a uk address with free postage. This wasn’t easy.

If anyone needs advice on an email drop a comment and I’m happy to send what I have used

Same as everyone else on here ! Thought was a uk company as address is uk on there website but when got the shipping information was China !!! Google need to take this website off there top lists for drones ! Don’t think I’ll even recive the drone and don’t even know how to get my money back ?!!

Absolute scam order placed in November and still no goods received. Purports to be a UK company but clearly not.

Flew my gps drone 3 time and it worked great then I flew it the fourth time and it lost signal mid flight and was supposed to return to me. However it just kept flying away. Absolutely raging. Just paid for extra batteries which still haven't been delivered yet.

After being told to return and paying for postage. We’ve just received the package back saying Gone Away scribbled in crayon this is the worst customer service ever or it’s a SCAM! I’ve now wasted so much time and money they’re profiteering from the COVID 19 situation

Absolute scam. Implies to be uk company but products are cheap, Chinese rubbish. Terrible customer service. When contacted about sending item back for refund, they eventually told me to wait for them to send a QR code which was obviously trying to waste time. I sent the item back recorded delivery and can see they have signed for it but are now holding my refund. Trading standards are investigating now.

Complete Scam!!!!! Stay away

Like everyone else, I bought from this company believing it was uk based. I also bought it as a Christmas present for my kids.
They gave me a tracking number and it has not reached Royal mail yet.

Very disappointed, will be pursuing a charge back claim.

Also disappointed in Google as they came up in a search as a sponsored ad.

Update. Drone arrived after a month long journey from China. Works OK although the app software is hard to understand as the English instructions aren't great.

Still however I would never have purchased this item had I known it was direct from China.
