DronePlay order received today (10 Dec…
DronePlay order received today (10 Dec 20), very well packaged. Ordered on 29 Nov 20 so 10 day delivery which considering Christmas and Covid was pretty good coming from China. Like other buyers I was initially concerned when the Royal Mail tracking number provided little info of the parcel's journey and was worried when I received a duplicate despatch notification one week later but when you read the small print on their website they clearly state that it is likely to take 15 days for delivery (which they bettered). The communication is better than some for goods from China. Cannot comment on how good the product is as it is a christmas present but if there is a problem I will follow up with further comment. Overall quite pleased and the product looks good.

Stay away! Scam.
Sent a dodgy tracking number that doesnt work and is not recognised. No reply to emails. Definitely a scam. Steer clear.
The tracking company they use is called Global Cainiao. Appears to be a scam/fake tracking company.

This is a chinese seller pretending to be in the UK. They're very experienced in knowing how to ensure they keep your money, and make it difficult to get it back, no matter what junk they actually ship to you.
