This was a really bad experience. I was told I'd get a six-month treatment, but after following all the rules and going to many check-ups, my teeth are worse now. When I asked for more help, they wanted another 500 euros. I didn't want to pay anymore because it was simply not worth it. My teeth are worse than before, and I spent 3000 euros in total. I suggest finding better professionals for your teeth. Good luck.

The expensive replacement trays have still not arrived.

My teeth are perfect and it is so much easier than going to the dentist all the time. Great efficient company.

Horrendous. Signed up with Dr Smile in April 2021 in order to have my teeth straightened before my wedding in August 2022 and here we are in September 2023 still waiting for my treatment plan to finish.

It has just been one poor service after another with them and I can't stress enough how useless they have been. They have messed up my payments on more than one occasion. Similarly they haven't sent my aligners multiple times leaving huge gaps in my treatment.

Currently they are saying that I am behind on my monthly payments, though my balance is paid in full - I am not even on a monthly plan!

The worst of all is their customer service is just awful, they do their best to make it difficult for you to talk to anyone.

I know people tend to take to Trust Pilot etc only when they have negative experiences but these guys are just awful. I'll be starting proceedings to get my money back as essentially I have paid for a service I haven't received.

After months of waiting for my fixed retainers I’m still being told lies when I call. It seems impossible to talk with someone who can be honest about the situation. They continually say “we’ll check with the clinic” and fail to respond in the the three days they ask me to wait. I genuinely now believe they are in unable to deliver. After paying 1000’s for my teeth to be corrected (which worked). I’m left waiting for my fixed retainers which were supposed to keep my teeth in-line. Sadly each day that passes my teeth are returning to there uneven state. The treatment actually worked but the after sales service and ability to deliver products which I’ve already paid is shocking! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (Dr Smile if you’re reading this you have my contact details. I polite response to this review IS NOT ENOUGH).

It is convenient that you receive your aligners at home.

This is after you go for a scan at one of their clinics and fill in some paperwork.

In my case, I required some refinements after the initial treatment. These were provided without an additional cost, until I received the appropriate results we agreed on at the beginning.

As a point of improvement, it would be good if there was more communication between drsmile representatives and the clinics, to make the whole process move faster.

Other than that, on the customer service side I received great support from Veronica! She answered my questions and helped me with the refinement process.

There are so many reasons why my experience with dr smile deserved a 1 star review, I don’t even know where to start, I am just glad it is over, almost over.
I began treatment 10 months ago, i was supposed to use aligners for 9 months then fixed retainer (only 1). After paying for everything and 9 months of treatments turns out I have to get a second fixed retainer. This way I had to pay for them separately for a total of 700€ (350€ each) instead of the discounted price of 480€, that applies when you purchase both together. To “make up”for this inconvenience dr smile promised me a free whitening kit, of which I have no sign of after almost 2 months and multiple request to customer service. This company charges you a lot, service is questionable, it is impossible to reach them through phone, for me personally was a terrible experience I would not recommend.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE CON THIS COMPANY IS!

I wish I had never spent more than a 1,500€ on a treatment that never worked. I remember they were so pushy at first for me to go with the treatment plan and promised it would work. It didn't work, after wearing my aligners for more than 7 months.

Now I am trying to get some resolution and no one is responding to my emails and giving me a solution over the phone.

How can a company sell you a product that doesn't work and get away with it with no repercussions?

My advice, go somewhere else. Such a bad and negative experience.

I turned up at the first appointment expecting to find out more about Dr Smile and receive an initial scan.

I had to call them outside the clinic, as there were a couple of dental practises in the building, but nothing mentioning Dr Smile.

When I got in, I sat down and was handed a medical form to fill out, which I did. Fine.

But, I was then handed, with no explanation, a contract explaining that a German company was going to take care of invoicing me and a Spanish company would be dealing with my data.

I asked for more details but they weren't able to share anything.

My expectation was that someone was going to sit down with me and tell me about the service so that I could then decide whether to sign up.

There was no way I was going to sign anything, especially to some random company, without first having a conversation with someone and fully understanding what was happening.

It was a genuinely horrible experience for me.

I had to use refinement to get my simulation result and it worked great. The girls from Valencia Campanar helped me a lot in the process! Thanks

Today is my third review about this irresponsible company. I started my treatment 12 months ago, it was supouse to be done in 4months. Then I did a scanning last November which the company lost the data and did not let me know, after waiting 3 months for the aligners I started contacting until I demand another scanning which was done in March. Here I'm, the company cannot find it again. It's been more than 6 month I'm waiting to finish my treatment and the company never called me. By the way I'm still paying. And I know what will happen, once more someone will answer this request saying, "oh please my apologies for your situation, pleas give us your data so we can back to you". I'm waiting for 6 months for a contact. Why should I believe it now?

I have finished my treatment and asked for refinements as my teeth could be a bit better. I requested this a month ago and sent 3 emails but no response at all! The customer service is so bad at this company? I’ve also called and they said they would send me an email but still haven’t. I’m still wearing the last retainer but not sure how long this will last. I’m so disappointed with this company and it’s so much better going to a proper dentist where they look after you properly. Don’t use this company
