Not a permanent solution and no clarity from them
They do not inform you that the treatment doesn’t correct teeth in the back and that all the teeth move back as soon as you finish the treatment!
Very slow customer service as well.
As a response: What is not acceptable is to assume that patients aren’t careful after treatment.
What is not acceptable is waiting days and weeks for an answer when the patient has clearly reached out for assistance via an App - the treatment was signed up for in Spain and the support speaks German…
It is not acceptable that once the treatment has ended no one reaches out to you; in fact, I have only been referred to a real clinic twice before treatment and not even once during or after that.
I had to ask for a video call and after speaking with a Dr that confirmed that I would be contacted with information about the night retainer post-treatment and I’m still waiting for it… it has been 3 months now.

We apologise for our direct message, but this criticism is not acceptable at all. Of course, teeth will recede immediately after treatment if you are not careful with post-treatment.
Remember that teeth have memory and especially when we have had special crowding, they tend to return to their initial position. Unfortunately, this is something that not even the best specialist can combat, as it is part of the characteristics of our body.
80% of our patients have had orthodontics before.
The risk of relapse (return of the teeth to the initial position) after one year and the calcification process of the teeth is 90%.
For this reason, we are always "very heavy" with our patients about the importance of having fixed retainers fitted.
Our fixed retainer is a retainer which we create using the CAD CAN method, which involves scanning the inside of your arch, so that the retainer has the same shape as the anatomy of your teeth. In this way, we guarantee better fixation, better hygiene, as it is only fixed with composite at both ends and we reduce the accumulation of plaque. Thus, we guarantee the results for life, as it were.
On the other hand, remember that at the end of your treatment, you must wear the removable retainers or last step for 8 weeks as if they were aligners, that is, 22 hours a day. This is a VERY important process, as it helps the memory of your teeth to understand that this is how your teeth should stay. It is not something that will last forever, but it is normal for your teeth to try to return to their original position at all costs, they have been in total movement for the last few months, but going through these 8 weeks of fixation is like telling the memory of your teeth: "the teeth must remain in this position".
Both in our legal pitch and in the contract, we make sure to inform you that the teeth that will be corrected by the treatment are the front teeth.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove this review.

This is an odyssey that never ends. I am so so frustrated and losing so much time, on top very little results so far. I have paid everything the 15 of september and today the HAVE SENT ME A DEBT COLLECTOR and blocked my treatment. Incredible! And by the way I was already frustrated couple of comments before AND THEY ASK TRUSTPILOT TO REMOVE COMMENTS, so watch out the rating is false. Luckily they could not take away mine because I have proof of everything.

Not 100% perfect but still ok
While my teeth are not 100% perfect after the treatment, I don't regret it since I didn't have to wear ugly metal braces for years. I may get some extra corrections with a local dentist but my teeth do look better than before

Worst experience
In my humble opinion, this company has quite a lot to improve, first of all, the customer service. I had so many problems that I tried to state, but the answers where just copy-paste messages or I even didn’t received an answer. They didn’t explain well to me all the steps to be done, in the beginning they said I should post a photo in the app every time I change my aligners, and now they send me a screenshot from the contract in which it says that you should post 1 foto a week. So be very careful with that because afterwards they tell you that you must pay for a refinement, but I don’t want it even if it is free honestly. The thing is I have the teeth so much worse than before, some of them, from the lack of space, just have gotten into the gum… moreover I had 3 caries after wearing the aligners for 6 months, altough I did everything they told me to in the instructions. At least here in Spain, it is a disaster. I really hope that this will not happen to anyone else.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but the service is abysmal. Initially before signing up they bombard you with messages but once you are in treatment, they don't respond to emails. The chat option in the app is very inconvenient as their people take ages to respond and the conversation breaks off every time your screen goes turns off for power saving. I have a had two scheduled online check ups with doctors so far and after waiting 45 min+ in the online waiting room with no replies to my messages I left both times.
