I'm really impressed with how quickly I'm seeing my smile change! Honestly, I highly recommend DR SMILE. I would also recommend beefing up the customer service a bit more, as sometimes you have to deal with the wait time, not that long in my case, but I have friends who have had problems with the service. However, I am very happy with the aligners, totally painless and comfortable.

Staff was efficient, the visit was thorough, they used a scanning tool to reproduce my entire mouth...stunning to see it coming alive. They explained all the costs involved and the step by step how to...

I am so happy with drsmile, basically because I am moving from a country to another one all the time due to my job and i can follow the treatment without any problems here and there in the clinics. Had some setbacks with CS but last times was getting better and quicker

I tried to finish the treatment but the last retainer wouldn’t fit. I contacted them many times and when they finally replied I went to do a new scan and they were supposed to give me new retainers. After a week they just sent me a message saying that my treatment was successful and over but it’s clearly not finished. I still see one of my teeth is not straight and this tooth was the main reason why I started the treatment. After this I tried to contact them again many times and no answer…. I paid a lot of money and they said that they guarantee that the treatment would continue until I’m satisfied but I’m not. I would not recommend this company, I’m sure there are better ones.

On September 3, I ordered my retainers through the PlusDental app, which now belongs to Dr Smile. After 8 weeks of waiting, they have sent me the package with DHL and what has arrived is a telescope. The transport company mixed the labels. Now I try to communicate with PlusDental and they don't answer me, and at Dr Smile they tell me that they don't even have my file. Nobody solves anything. I'm still waiting for my retainers. Someone has to take responsibility.

The treatment is about to finish and my smile is exactly as they promised! The CS service could be better but all in all I am so happy!

Dr smile do not keep the promises. The worst service I have ever faced on my life time. Teeth do not look as promised. The customer service via calls and emails are full of empty promises. They are liars and do not care ANY of the healt of customer. The 6-7 months treatment has lasted soon 1,5 years and not see ending yet. I have waited now for month from customer service to come back for my email - I have sent over 20 reminders and still no answers - I have called and beg answers and they promise to answer on same day but as you can imagine NO ANSWER. As to mention some of the fools; They promised also Fixed retainers include the price in consultation in clinic - now asking 500€ extra for this. and the list goes on! Also the dentist I have visited has said that many people been complaining for them as nothing works. Dr smile also own me money as someone used mu code (shouldn’t have EVER give my code) and not paying - last time today lied in call that I haven’t sent account number and I checked my emails - I sent it 2 months ago. Sometimes I have needed to you same aligners over 2 months because they don’t book IPR in time even requested 1 month before needed. And the list goes on!!! Never use the service or buy anything from them or you will ruin your health in worst case. This has cause so much stress to fight about service you have paid a big amount.

*addition; even looks like Dr smile answers here (so can fool they would answer quickly) they still not come back to emails.

And about their response below for me; for sure there is not appointments available anymore in the time requested if the answers for appointment requests comes in 2-8 weeks delay.

Also the fixed retainers has been promised for me at Rocafort dental clinic / Dr smile - and Dr smile told it’s my responsibility that I believe them as I hear now 1,5 years later from starting the treatment that the dentist are not working on Dr smile? Isn’t it weird that the consultation and check is in that clinic and they give you information but 1,5 years later ”the info is not valid as they don’t work in Dr smile”… sounds a lot as a big fool and stealing money from clients.

I can firm all of the bad comments made here. I have had the same experiences with them as they dont care how your treatment is going. My single teeth still has not aligned with others after using 3 month of aligners, and the doctor did not attend to the virtual meeting I asked to be scheduled, and they did not respond to me in any channel to re-schedule it. Beside some of the Customer Support is being aggressive instead of standing at your side to resolve the problem in a satisfactory way. I wanted to do claim to the company and they told me 'we dont cancel' in another way of saying, they ignored my request to proceed the process in another way. The motto is 'shut up and pay me!' for basically nothing since the treatment does not work for some cases/people.
