This by far the worst company I have ever used! I have tried to contact Dr Smile a ridiculous amount of times and they never respond to emails or answer telephone calls! My teeth still aren't straight and I have paid a lot of money for this treatment. I want my money back immediately!

I was very pleased with the treatment and surprised at how quick, easy and painless it was.
The doctors are very friendly and professional and there are a lot of dental clinics in Barcelona from which you can choose from.

Perfect attention, great professionals. they have made me feel very comfortable.

So far a great support through email. I had a small question about their weekly checks via app. They replied within less than 10 min! Treatment is going smooth and progressing as expected :)

I've had a great experience so far. I've received the box in time, and all the pieces fit perfectly.

I am very happy because my teeth are almost perfec, i gave you 4 stars cuase the attetion was not very good, i lost one month of treatment because of that...
But for the rest, I did well.

So happy to use De Smile!!! It was a very difficult decision, but when I went to the first free consultation and they explained me everything how it works, I couldn’t believe it could be so easy!!! I truly recommend Dr Smile to everybody who wants to have a perfect smile! It’s easy to use and you a have a guarantee of a result.

I was skeptical about the treatment at first because I found it through advertising on the internet. I took a risk and asked for the first appointment since it was free. From that moment I saw that it was the treatment I was looking for. Something cheap and discreet. When I finished my plan, I was not satisfied since it was not the same result that appeared in the simulation and they made me the study and the new splints completely free. At this moment I am finishing the refinement and now I can say that my treatment has exceeded my expectations. The most important thing is to be clear that the treatment is not orthodontic, it is not suitable for all cases, but for dental alignment it is perfect.

My wife tried this Dr Smile thing, after 2 tries he almost lost a tooth due to their incompetence.
She tried to contact them but their support as long as they identified her and realized the problem hanged her every time.
Be smart avoid this company.

My experience with Dr.Smile was great! Good attention to their clients and a really fast treatment for your teeth.

Its been 6 month since they promised me new refinement after 11 months of wearing previous one where nothing changed. I did everything the asked me first time, and 2nd refinement didnt change a bit from first one, i asked for clarification, still didnt happen, they ignore my calls my emails for 6!!!MONTHS!!!!
I want my money back, all of it and not willing to pay more, drsmile is a SCAM!!!!

I am so happy with Dr smile. The process has been really easy to carry out and the customer service has been great every step of the way. I haven't finished my treatment yet but so far I'm extremely happy with the changes I can see. Thank you Dr smile!

I had to ask for an appointment for the IPR, in the app it put me between step 6 and 7, so I asked for it a week after the change to 7. When the dentist arrived (very nice) she told me that it was too early, that I had to talk to the head office so that they could make it clearer (as to when to ask for the appointment, since there were several of us who were wrong). She also told me that she would ask Dr Smile to call me to give me an appointment as soon as possible so that I would not have to postpone my treatment.

That day at night no one had called me, so I contacted via email. The next day I had a response to the email telling me to call the following number (but I hadn't left any number), so I wrote again, asking, please, if they could give me an appointment sooner than the website suggested (since I had to postpone my treatment for more than a week). The girl who answered my e-mail had me rambling for 3 days about the moment when I had to change my splints (I already knew that. My question was if they could give me an appointment beforehand!!), without giving me an answer. After 6 days I send an email again, angry (the closest appointment is already for more than 2 weeks after the change. I will have to postpone my treatment for 16 days). I don't get a response either... The next day I contact the chat, finally the girl who attends me tells me that she doesn't have "emergency" or power to advance appointments.
Doesn't it seem so difficult right to give this answer? Thank you Christina. So, why am I told that they will call me, it is not done and it takes 7 days (delaying my treatment even more) to give me the answer to the question I asked on day 1?

In a hurry to call and answer when you are not a customer. When you are, there is no longer any rush to pretend to be a good service, you have already paid! At the moment, from my experience, Dr. Smile does not offer a good service (they have good professionals working in their clinics, but if you have a problem, a delay, something... they will not offer you any solution, you will have to be on your guard!).

Tenía que pedir hora para el IPR, en la app me ponía entre el step 6 y el 7, así que me la pedí a una semana del cambio al 7. Cuando llegue la dentista (muy simpática) me comentó que era demasiado pronto, que debía hablar con la central para que lo pusieran más claro (lo de cuando pedir la cita, puesto que eramos varios los que nos equivocabamos). También me dijo que ella pediria que me llamaran de Dr Smile para darme un cita lo antes posible para no tener que aplazar mi tratamiento.

Ese día por la noche nadie me había llamado, así que contacté via mail. Al día siguiente tenía una respuesta al mail diciendo que llamara al siguiente número (pero no había dejado ningún número), así que volví a escribir, pidiendo, por favor si me podían dar cita antes de lo que la web me proponía (puesto que tenía que aplazar mi tratamiento más de una semana). La chica que respondió mi e-mail me tubo 3 días divagando sobre el momento en el que tenía que cambiarme las férulas (eso ya lo sabía yo. Mi pregunta era si me podían dar cita antes!!), para no darme respuesta. A los 6 días vuelvo a mandar un mail, enfadada (la cita más proxima ya es para más de 2 semanas después del cambio. Tendré que aplazar 16 días mi tratamiento). Tampoco obtengo respuesta... Al día siguiente contacto por el chat, finalmente la chica que me atiende me dice que no tiene "urgencias" ni poder para avanzar citas.
¿No parece tan dificil verdad dar esta respuesta?. Gracias Cristina. Entonces, ¿por qué se me comenta que me llamaran, no se hace y se tarda 7 días (retrasando aún más mi tratamiento) en darme la respuesta a la pregunta que yo formule el día 1?

Mucha prisa en llamar y dar respuesta cuando no eres clientes. Cuando ya lo eres, ya no hay ninguna prisa en aparentar un buen servicio, total ya has pagado! De momento, por mi experiencia, Dr. Smile no ofrece un buen servicio (tiene buenos profesionales trabajando en sus clínicas, pero si tienes algun problema, alguna demora algo... no te van a ofrecer ninguna solución, tendrás que espavilarte!).
