Even if they replied on my previous review, no one got back to me. It took them 4 weeks to finally send me the new plan, after they have made a mistake that I even warned them about twice during the treatment.
The results in my new plan does not match the first result that I was promised from the beginning. The result that I was willing to pay for.
When I asked why my results has changed it took them 12 days to reply, to then tell me that "it can change sometimes"..
Keep in mind that I still can't call them from my number since this problem started. When I call them from my phone number no one answers and then it cuts after a few minutes. When I call from another number at the same time they answer in 5 seconds. It's the same result everyday. Very obvious that they have a system that "blocks" problematic customers.
I wish that I would have read this review before I decided to go with DrSmile. I guess DrSmile works if your treatment goes well without any mistakes, but as soon as you have an issue they will turn their back.
Please do yourself a favour and choose a different company. Trust me, you don't want to go through all the hassle I'm dealing with.

Great solution for teeth alignment
I hate going to the dentist, so being able to do this alignment treatment at home is an amazing solution for me. The attention has been great from the team and I’m happy I will have a good smile in just a some months (and not years).

I was looking for a long time for a good option to fix my smile. Finally, I found one 🤗 Everything, from the beginning with a check to my treatment now (i'm wearing my 5th aligner out of 9), went very smoothly, on a very professional and personal level. I also received a whitening packet with my aligners, and I am very pleased this happened. I will use it when my teeth are perfect! 😍 I can already see the difference, and my teeth are really getting in place. Invisible aligners are a clean, not painful, elegant option nobody should hesitate to choose. Noone noticed my aligners so far! They are really invisible. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Smile to anyone who's in doubt. It's one of the few companies I can't find a fault with. 😁☺️ Good job! ♥️

The people there was really nice though I'd have appreciate a bit more of information on how the treatment will develop. I had the feeling that they will not be assisting the treatment and that is a little bit scaring, the thought of being alone and treated just by an application...Let's see...

An unpleasant experience, the aligners were bad from the beginning they did not fit me well and they hurt me I explained it in the application and they only told me to use the chewers, I complained several times and the same answer after 5 months the crooked teeth, I have I have claimed to cancel the contract, they tell me that it cannot be done, I do not want to continue the readjustment with more aligners and more months have passed 15 days and my teeth separated again because the retainers are also bad they insist on refinement and I do not They give a solution, I feel scammed, I'll start a legal action or something.

Mala atención al cliente, me queje por que los alineadores no encajaban y me dijeron que siga usando los masticadores, luego de 5 meses me quede con los dientes torcidos y con un agujero en la parte de arriba, los retenedores tampoco funcionaron se me abrieron los dientes de nuevo. Me obligan a que pague y que me someta a una rectificación con un refinamiento de 4 meses más osea 9 meses lo mismo que con braquets normales que ya me lo habían dicho, me sometí a una frenoctomia y ahora tengo un agujero más grande pero al menos están alineados no quiero seguir con ellos quiero finalizar todo. Y me exigen el pago y el refinamiento.
Voy a reclamar formalmente a la entidad.

Sin embargo, en tu caso, tener un tejido de cicatrización reciente por la frenectomia, puede haber impedido que los movimientos dentarios se hicieran tal cual como se había planificado en la simulación 3D. El tejido fibroso crea una barrera que los dientes a veces no pueden superar.
