So after all the BS about it taking 2 weeks to clear customs for 4 pairs of socks, they still cannot be delievred until I pay the £12.47 customs charge

I have paid it - but have sent a copy of the paymnet receipt for a refund - let's wait and see !!!!!!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS MADE IN CHINA GARBAGE.
6 weeks to deliver “one size fits all” is a nonsense.
Would not cancel order as it was in shipment
Offered 50% refund via PayPal without returning the product,& have been notified that Refund has been made but not confirmed in account yet.

Disgusting. Was ‘forced’ to buy an extra pair as I couldn’t proceed with online order process unless I did. Wrote to them several times with no response at all. Ordered them three weeks ago and no further update on tracking status, am sure that if they were to arrive then there would be extra taxes to pay too.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered these socks on 23rd June and today received a card from the post office advising that I need to pay a further £11.99 custom charge as the sender did not pay it. After reading the reviews I am wondering whether or not to spend the extra money to get the goods. Already paid over £40 including shipping.

After posting this reveiw, I received a package from the post office today. The charge of £11.99 was for another Company not Dr Socks although I am still awaiting their delivery so I may have to pay custom charge. I am still waiting delivery, they keep telling me to be patient as they are in transit - really??? this was after I asked for a refund.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. I have had numerous emails back and forth. one time they say they tried to deliver (this is not the case) another time they say it is with customs until the charge is paid another time they say try contacting the post office. Where is it? Customs or Post Office it is up to them to give me the correct information. Bye the way the tracking number is false too. I have even threatened legal action. They keep telling me to be patient. HUH!! They are committing Fraud, I shall be reporting them.
No more emails and no refund as of 28th Aug 2020. Appalling!!!

Ordered socks , received about 4 weeks later, cannot even get my foot into them as they are so small and I have only a UK size 9. I have worn compression stockings for about 20 years and have never seen anything like this, there is no elasticity in the socks and for them to say you will not feel the seams is just a lie.

I ordered the socks in May, it took 2 months to receive them. I thought this was a scam also,but it turned out not to be. They are very comfortable. One size does fit all. With compression socks or stockings, they are very hard to put on. There is a technique to it.

Order placed 9th May 2020, over 2 months later I am still waiting ! Nothing but excuses and false promises.
Do NOT buy anything from this company, they are scam artists. They should not be allowed to advertise in the UK.

Its a complete Scam company. All they do is tell you your order has been delivered and when you tell them it hasn't, all they do is send the same dictated email saying it has been delivered and how they don't offer refunds on delivered orders.
Complete rip off.

USA in uk for 10days still not delivered say l cannot cancel
Till l receive then would have to pay postage back which we know will be more than the socks cost
So don,t use this company it is a scam

I orded 4 pair of these socks. They are a scam not received and taken a case up with paypal. They try to scam you to the end they say we tried to give you a refund of 60% the socks are on the way but we cannot refund because you have opened a case on paypal close it so we can give you that refund. If anybody is asked to do that dont do it. Still not received waiting for my refund now off paypal.

Update 2nd sept I got a refund off paypal.

Then had to pay a further £12. 43 vat customs No where on the site doe it say that. I had paid postage and packaging They advertise one size fits all I am a size 9 shoe and can only just get on so any bigger than tat forget it never use them again

Was about to order but thanks to your reviews I have changed my mind. Will now try for similar on eBay or amazon. Thanks

I have just received a card from the post office requesting even more money for these socks. I was not aware that they cane from the US, So i have been charged VAT plus an £8.00 handling charge. Still have to wait now for the post office to deliver even though UPS where supposed to deliver. I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews first. Will review the socks when/if I receive them.

I should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered 3 pairs on 3rd May, and should have realised something was wrong as I had gone on their UK site but discovered that the socks were being sent from USA. Never trust anything coming from the USA! I tried their support but got the same info about tracking number and courier (UPS). Even when I try to track on UPS all I get is up to 16th May its location is still USA and that it has arrived at the international carrier. 13 days just to get to UPS in the USA! I have sent their support another email today, complaining that it has been a complete waste of time and money. So what ever you do, do not even think of buying anything from this company.

Get away of this pure SCAM site, i have ordered many sock one month ago without any receipt... They gave me a tracking number which is fake as much as their service... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT AND JUST LOST YOUR MONEY. I will see now what is possible to be refunded but i am afraid to have just lost my money...When you sent mail to support, they are just replying exactly the same and just want you to teach how to track an order ??? Again a big scam society which should not have the right to exist...Franck Mesnil.

I ordered three pairs of socks on 24 April and have heard nothing!
I do wish I'd checked your website before ordering.
So many adverts are popping up unsolicited....they should be reported and adverts removed.

The Company is a joke, I have been waiting over 2 months for an order that now seems to have a fake tracking number, bet I cant get a refund either, purely and simply a rip off and a con......

Dont have anything to do with this scam.I lost my money,cant get hold of them by e-mail or phone.I did not realize that they were based in america,if I had known I would never have dealt with them in the first place.A totally disgusting scam.
