I also was considering ordering from their website but thankfully checked the reviews on trustpilot first. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them now!

I wish I had read your reviews before I ordered three pairs. Being pushed around from pillar to post to find out where my order is. Tracking number takes me to USA and it's all virtual customer service. Delivery is important to me and I am going to have to write this one off. Unless they can prove better service DONT BUY

Do not purchase
Do not purchase . I wish I had seen your review before it was too late. Complete waste of money and unable to return without costing another fortune.
I love trustpilot
I love trustpilot. I also nearly ordered and then thought 'check trustpilot'. The reviewees just saved my £30.00. A big thank you.
Suckers for socks!
Almost fell for their slick advertising but then found your review.
Thank you.
I've just ordered one pair (a choice of two sizes) on ebay for £2.36 delivery free.
At that price you can just chuck them if they're no good. Jim
Complete scam
These socks were promoted as 'one size fits all.' I have an average size foot and had no hope of putting them on. I was seduced by their offers and bought multiple pairs for myself and a friend with feet problems. When I complained to the company about their false advertiding they said they would offer 65% refund and I could keep the product - seems like they're used to disgruntled customers. Don't think of buying this product!
This site is a rip off - AVOID
Got two pairs of these plus one pair "free" Total cost £27.95. Once ordered they offer another pair "free" but in small print there is a £13 "postal charge". No indication that these are from America when ordering - so a £11 odd custom charge to pick these up from post office, plus a foreign transaction charge on bank account! Over £50 for 4 pairs of socks - checked on ebay and these are available brand new for £2.99 for 3 pairs. This site is a total rip off - AVOID!!!

They offer excellent help with feet conditions- 'Dr Socks Soothers one size fits all' advertise as UK based.
There is a 30 day money back guarantee:
The 'sock supports' are SO SMALL- JUST FIT A SMALL HAND:
Immediately I requested to return with full refund- The support socks must be returned to Ohio in USA and customers own cost and no refund for delivery postage. These non refundable costs re more than the cost of the socks.
A standard email is sent with a lot of waffle- 'most customers do not want the hassle of packaging/ going to Post Office and waiting a minimum of 2 weeks for refund so ask you to accept 65% of total Cost'
I explained the consumers Rights Act but just send the same email again.
