Professional and expert

I found Dr Tint’s approach very professional and knowledgeable. He is clearly an expert in his field and this ensured I had full confidence that I would be in safe hands with this procedure. If there is any room for slight improvement it is only that there is a lot of information to absorb when making the decision to proceed with surgery and a number of options to consider. In this respect I found that although we had two consultations before surgery I still had some doubts and queries (maybe this is to be expected in any event) and could have done with a bit more of a description of what my vision post surgery might be like with the different lens choices. In summary, for me, I could have done with us going through the pros and cons at a slower pace if that makes sense.

Dear Mandy
Thank you for your feed back. We are in the process of providing more in-depth written information about different lens choices which will hopefully make the choices clearer.
