Fast delivery. Sizing is accurate as I have small feet but large calves (cannot wear boots). Other socks strangle my legs. These are the perfect fit. Also, the colours are great
⭐️ Very disappointing customer service and exchange experience
I returned an item for an exchange, and the return was already confirmed as received by Dr Woof. However, despite them receiving the item, my exchange item has still not been released or sent.
I have contacted customer service several times to ask for an update, but received no proper response or meaningful update regarding my query. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.
The customer service has been very poor, especially considering the returned item has already been received. I expected much better communication and follow-up regarding an exchange.
Very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their customer service and actually provide customers with updates when there are issues with an order

“99 day money back guarantee” is a scam. I first emailed asking for a refund as the quality of the scrubs is worse than before only to receive an, albeit promt, reply from Sarah who would escalate it to “the team”. I have been waiting over a week, followed up and have yet to recieve any follow-up from this team.
Unfortunate as they seem to market and pride themselves on being a locally owned small-retailer but experiences like these spoil it for those of us who genuinely want to support smaller businesses.

I tried got them on with a bit of a struggle
However iv worn they most of the day and they are way too tight
Leaving deep marks on my legs

So I would not recommend these

I ordered the fox compression socks 3 days ago and received them within 2 days. Package tracking was accurate and quick. I’ve been wearing the compression socks for about 2 days now and they have made quite a difference to help my symptoms and sore legs. I would absolutely recommend them if you can’t afford over the counter custom pairs or are on a budget.
My bamboo compression socks arrived today & I couldn’t wait to put them on. They are so soft & stretchy & what I love the most, is they stay up without rolling down strangling your legs leaving that painful skin deep welt. If you’re thinking of purchasing your own pair, do it!
Really should've looked at the most recent reviews before buying from them. I bought from them years ago and their scrubs have been good.
Thought I'd try them again as I was thinking of refreshing my sets, but unfortunately something has clearly changed between now and then. Placed an order, took my money and no updates whatsoever.
Tried emailing and has had one very vague response from a "Sarah" just like all the others and been radio silence since. What a shame that an "Aussie" company now seems like a straight up scam company. Would rather spend my money with an established international brand like FIGS.
BUYERS BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY.
Absolutely love these socks. Being on my feet for hours on end, my legs and feet no longer hurt after a shift. The only problem I have is there are to many styles to choose from 😀
Even with the wide size and correct measurement these socks are too tight!! unusable

Compression socks caters for all calf sizes. Pity I could only get black...
Order # AU287537. Giving a low rating for quality. Bought to wear on flight. Worked well enough. Came home, washed and just put it one for second wear and the toes and other parts are already frayed and almost ripped. Was a waste of my money to only get good quality out of one wear!

Ordered four sets of compression socks. The fit was too tight so I have been attempting to return but I am not receiving responses by email from the company (I am based abroad and prompted to contact them for return). Not overly impressed since I spent a fair amount on four pairs.

Update: I have emailed your company with the details requested.
I received a pair of compression stockings. I used the guidelines to ensure I had the correct size. But they are not the correct size.
Initially they responded to my emails but I have had no response since the 8th August.
I would just like to get a refund now because I am truly over the unprofessional lack of response from the staff.
Everything is ok if they fit well but if they don't expect reliability from this company.

They sent my order but some of it was wrong (they sent cheaper socks rather than the 'performance' socks i ordered).
When i initially contacted them they were more concerned about whether i'd opened/worn the wrong socks than the fact they hadn't sent me what i ordered. After about 3 emails they offered me a refund/credit - i asked if they could just send the socks i ordered please (i dont want to have to pay for shipping twice because of a mistake on their end).
Radio silence. No one has got back to me despite multiple, polite, follow up emails.
They took my money and sent me a cheaper product and then ghosted me.
Avoid this company.
EDIT: The AI agents they use for all comms are incredibly frustrating. You will not get to communicate with a human and the automated responses are of no use for any real issue. Prime example of very poor use of AI.

Pros: Prompt delivery, feel of the bamboo socks was great. I liked that you could choose shoe size and calf size to get a better fit.
Cons: I selected wide calf, and even though my measurement was well within the range, I feel the top of the knee high socks is too firm and doesn’t have adequate stretch when compared with another leading brand’s wide calf fitting.
The socks might be good, but the business strategy is insulting.
$14 shipping for one pair, but free shipping only if you spend $145!?! And at $35 per pair I'd need to buy 5 pairs.
That’s not customer service — that’s coercion.
I shouldn’t have to buy five pairs of socks ($175) or one pair for $50 before I’ve even tried them.
*UPDATE* - after response from Dr Woof...
Thanks for the reply, I genuinely appreciate the tone.
I totally get that international shipping isn’t cheap (though I did think you were in Victoria), but the issue isn’t the fee… it’s the $145 hurdle. $14 to post one pair of socks already feels steep, but asking new customers to spend $145 to avoid it makes the first purchase feel more like an initiation ritual than a welcome.
Even something simple like a smaller first order threshold or a “first pair ships free” option would make the experience feel way fairer.
Glad to hear you’re reviewing it, a small tweak here would go a long way in making new customers feel welcome instead of tested.

Ok product which is overshadowed by terrible customer service consisting of no responses and then inaction. Do not recommend purely based on this factor.

Have ordered from here before with no real troubles. I ordered a few pairs of socks which I love and use frequently. I placed an order on the 9th of August for some scrub pants and my tracking still says 'preparing order ' 11 days later. I was expecting these much sooner, as per previous experience and their estimated arrival time from their website and so set my post address at university. Due to the fact it has taken much longer already, I reached out asking to change the address as I will not be around for a few weeks and dont want them sitting around (also because I need them for work ASAP). I have still had no reply and no updates, and I am quite disappointed in my experience this time around.

The Crew socks are great and fit like a glove, just what I need for the long hours standing on the job.
Also, I had a questions that I needed answered before buying, the customer service was quick and honest.
After wearing these socks oh my lordy my feet aint sore and they so comfy. And love the patterns that I have got so far.
