Online reviews are paid for and fake. I fell for it too, emailed to cancel my order not 10 minutes after placing the order to be told by their 'sales director' claire that it was already shipped and they couldn't cancel it. You can see that their own website and all the review websites have changed the brand name to 'raveno'. Item has since arrived and it is doing very little.

Fake fake fake!
Ordered product on 16th October, based on a review site (which i later found out to be fake) - tried to cancel same day, literally within 10 minutes, to get an email reply 48 hours later saying can't be cancelled as already shipped!
Product delivered by royal mail on 19th - advised to return to sender.
Royal mail confirmed it was out for delivery on 23rd....seller claims not to have received back so won't issue refund!
Credit card company contacted to support on getting money back. Not sure how that will go?
Will be emailing trading standards and police.
DO NOT buy from this scamming company!!! Avoid!!
Shame I have to put any stars at all.....
...and as of today, they have changed their website name to Raveno..dodgy as!
15th November 2024 - update - more emails from Raveno now, still claiming they haven't had the item returned. The return address doesn't match the address on their website - this is how they can 'claiming to have recieved it! SCAMMERS!!!!!

Was wondering why my item took a while to be delivered, only to check the tracking and to see it was coming all the way from China. My heart sank and immediately I knew what was up. I checked trust pilot after my daughter had told me to always check reviews here to see if a company is legit or not. Facing the exact same issues as everyone else. Claire the sales director telling me to change the location of the dehumidifier, which of course had no effect. Cheap gimmick that did not even collect 100ml after 48 hours. Have never owned a dehumidifier but extra disappointed to see real ones on legitimate websites collecting even 15L a day, just for comparison at how cheap/ fake this product is. Complete scam! Do not order from this website.

Don't believe positive reviews. This is a scam. Reviews website naming it too is not genuine. Website has no phone number or address. Email address on it is not responded to. I ordered, received no confirmation, order number etc so was alerted. Money taken, unit arrived in about ten days and is cheap rubbish. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Reported to bank and Police Fraud

This is a scam, There is no option on website to cancel, I sent an email immediately after placing order and they responded after 10 hours telling they have shipped the order and they will deduct 15%. Reported as a scam to bank.

No stars should be given to this company. late delivery and it is not functioning properly. The water collected by Dryease for 3 days is less than 30% of other dehumidifier collected in 1 day.

It has been more than 18 days after I sent email to ask for fulfilling customer promise of "Guaranteed Return and Refund". However, their customer service kept sending me irrelevant information and asking me pics and irrelevant questions. also, they avoid answering my request. It is very frustrating experience from product to their customer service. I believe that it is a scam like what other customer review said.

I read all the reviews after I had placed my order. I panicked. Then thought I would just cancel my credit card if all went wrong. It didn't, it was ordered on Sunday, confirmed on Monday, dispatched and tracked via royal mail Monday pm and arrived on Wednesday. Plugged it in and omg, I am collecting water! Laundry is drying in half the time and the machine in compact and quiet. That goodness I risked it.

There is no doubt this is a SCAM, which I have reported to Action Fraud. If you have been enticed by Top3-Reviews, you may not realise that the article was NOT written by Luke Edwards. The real Luke Edwards had his identity stolen and someone else wrote the review, which encouraged you to buy this dehumidifier. Also, listen to the BBC Podcast Dehumidified by Polly Weston. You will find it similar to your own experience!!

Well, there is a lesson to learn here. Just because a top rated reviewer makes this product their number one does not mean its any good.
Ran it for 48 hours and it extracted less than half a cup of water. Old one would extract nearly 2 litres a day when put in the same place. (Next to a laundry room )
Asked for a refund and Claire their sales director has fobbed me off. Even suggested I run it for 3 days and take photos of the water collected! Asked for a full refund as their 30 day refund guarantee states.
Shame I can't give it no stars.
Update is that I have had to complain to my credit card company. DryEase is refusing to give me a return address for the "device" as they said I have used it. This after 6 begging letters asking me to video running it for 48 Hours. Which I refused as I had already tested it for 24 hrs. See above. However they will accept 60% payment if I keep it. The company is not based in the UK and is nothing but a scam. Buy at your own peril.

I was about to get duped and buy it after reading Google reviews that dryease it's bets dehumidifier, but this is a fake website not UK it's from China and I cancelled my purchase before paying.

The unit was non functioining. Ran it for 2 x 24 hours and very little water collected.
Ran my old unit which is over 12 years old in the same room. This extracted water.
The company and Claire (sales.executive director), has not acknowledged any of my questions and queries and has asked I run the unit for 3days, and send evidence back including photos.
I am.claiming the cost back.
Please avoid.

I love how quiet this dehumidifier is! It's perfect for my living room. I can barely even tell it's on but it does a fantastic job of keeping the air nice an dry.

The automatic shutoff feature on this dehumidifier is a lifesaver. It stops when the tank is full, so I don't have to worry about overflows. It's very efficient and convenient.

I tried to let them know the dehumidifier wasn’t working didn’t collect water etc? And got fobbed off! I sent numerous emails inc asking about an exchange or refund and got fobbed off so I contacted my bank? I’d paid by Apple Pay so reported this as fraud/scam? And the bank have refunded my money maybe we can all do this? And now they have disputed it and the bank have repaid them they truly are con artists!!!!

I saw a significant improvement in air quality within the first day of using this dehumidifier. It works fast and efficiently, making a huge difference in my basement.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER! Dehumidifier not fit for purpose as described and independent review is just bullocks. Product itself is not better then any £20/£30 you find online.Chinese product and seller ,not UK, and the returns policy is just as bad as the product.

SCAM AVOID dehumidifier never turned up and no one replies to emails

Company is not accepting that this product is useless, like others I read that this was one of the top dehumidifiers and masks as a UK company but when I had the tracking information my heart sank as it clearly was being shipped from China, it arrived after 2 weeks and just does not work, when you ask for a return they offer 3% compensation, then 5 then 8 now 10%, I'm still battling for a full refund what a con!
Also read the positive reviews here on trust pilot they are clearly fake
