My diamond setting became loose, and I was looking high and low for a credible workshop. Took me a while, but was referred to D&S workshop. Scott & Martin were really helpful and friendly and took time to explain the situation and my options.

I had 2 wedding bands and an engagement ring that needed cleaning at short notice and managed to have all done in an hour and engagement ring serviced due to loose fitting

The service from these two was excellent from start to finish. We had visited a few other jewellers in Hatton Garden before coming across D & S Jewellery workshop and none of them compared. They were honest, communicative and did the job to a very high standard. Thank you.

The guys were very knowledgeable and they explained to me the different ring sizes as I had to downsized it.
I gave the ring on Tuesday and by Friday the ring was ready, so super quick resizing and prices are fair for London.
We will definitely come back for our wedding bands!

I recently had a jewellery repair with this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would . From the customer service ( I liaised with Scott who is so helpful and knowledgeable) to the quality of repair, the whole experience was really positive. They also beat all the other companies I had quotes from on price. They completed the repair in a week when others had said it would take a month to 6 weeks.
I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them.

D&S did a fantastic job resizing my engagement ring down 5 sizes. Magic happens in their little workshop and I am so grateful for their craftsmanship. The ring was ready on the same day and they were kind enough to wait for me to pick it up after work. Thank you so much!
